You should DM them on Twitter @IpsyCares
They’ve always helped me. This last time, it was a little more difficult and time consuming….but the issue got resolved.

My bag shipped late… That’s ok I get it. What upset me was my shipping envelope wasn’t sealed and my add ons weren’t in there. My add ons were going to be the best part of the bag…

🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ not sure why I came back to ipsy I just get liquid eyeliner every time in both bag omg

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

Ipsy is beta testing Opt Out options on some accounts so in the future everyone will have the ability to opt out of certain products. That means you can opt out of black eyeliners if you want. 😁

Reply ButtonReply

Tanya

I just want to opt out the liquid eyeliners. I want the crayon/pencil ones only.

Nikkim

Just got an email and 600 points because they haven’t even shipped my May bag yet. I didn’t reach out anything, they just emailed me. I hope June can go out earlier because this is the 2nd time but I know it’s crazy right now

Reply ButtonReply

Bandaa

I received the same email on 5/13. My Glam Bag finally arrived 5/19. I live 30 miles from the distribution center which makes it even more frustrating! However, I have not received my extra points yet. I contacted Ipsy care. They said my account would be credited in a few business days. As long as I receive my points before June 2!

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

I got the points as well. Got a shipping notification today.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

Same here! The funny thing is my GBP actually came days ago – by my regular glam bag hasn’t shipped yet.

Reply ButtonReply

Aubrey

Oh wow that’s nice! I hope I get an email too because mine says it hasn’t shipped yet… also does anyone know how long you have to review a product? Because I don’t want to miss out on getting points for not reviewing if they only give you until a certain time to review. Thanks!

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

You have up to three months to review products. So you’re definitely not going to miss out with points because of late shipment.

Dawna

Same here, but I didn’t read the whole email until your post. FYI, my bag shipped 2 days later. It normally shows shipped on my app, but it doesn’t this month.

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

Dawna, I received my email Wednesday. Late last night, on the app, it shows “Package in Transit”. And not just a label made & sitting in the warehouse for 3 days (like they often do, especially on a Friday)! It’s actually traveling. Woo hoo! So like you, 2 days later, it’s on it’s way.♥️

Beth

Omg, I just posted a comment on the GBP bag reveal post about this! Like you I didn’t contact them, they emailed me & also gave me extra points. What’s odd is that I have already received my GBU & my GB will arrive tomorrow. Yet my GBP hasn’t even shipped yet! I get that things are delayed but this is the latest they’ve ever been. Most companies are running closer to normal than they have in months, so I’m not sure why now they’d be so late?!
Is yours the regular Glambag that hasn’t shipped?

Reply ButtonReply

Tara W

Many people (I think 50,000?) are now receiving their free healthcare worker bags from Ipsy. My guess is that adding that on top of everything else slowed things down even more than usual.

Sherri

Yeah, that is crazy! I just dont understand how last month, they was billing and sending bags early due to Coronavirus but then Ipsy uses the excuse that due to Coronavirus May’s bag may be delayed on shipping. I mean last month they were ready to hurry up and bill people so they could send bags and this month it is like they are being slow about shipping bags. It really dont make no since to me!

Hallie Gottlieb

I think the bag design is cute. I plan on putting all my sunscreen samples in it so they have their own little home. 🏡
I hate blush and highlighters , I have a stack of Ofra highlighters yet i still like theirs. Ofra and Huda are the only brands I seem to like. Luckily they send so many out haha.
I am very pale so highlighter doesn’t look great on me. I end up using it on my collar bone and my legs. A strip down the front of my legs ..I did this once and people kept saying I had nice legs…so now I have a use for my stack of highlighters.💃

Reply ButtonReply

Izzy

This is such a good idea for highlighter!

Reply ButtonReply

Wren

I use some highlighters as eyeshadow. They come in handy for a neutral, glowy look on low key makeup days.

Christy

OMG this is the best tip ever! I’m pale too and wondering what to do with all my highlighters. THANK YOU! Summer legs here we come!

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel

Was thinking about skipping next month because I am not a big fan of the bag design, but these spoilers have caused me to change my mind. I’m excited to finally see Sunday Riley in GB!! Would also love to try the grapefruit cleanser. I don’t use highlighters very often, but those Ofra highlighters are pretty and the pink one would probably be cute as an eyeshadow or blush.

Reply ButtonReply

Tara

They have had Sunday Riley in rhe regular Glambag. They had good genes I believe…and maybe ceo glow? Definitely good genes.

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

Sunday Riley hasn’t been in regular glam bag. CEO was in March GBU, toner was GBP last month & Good Genes was this months GBP. I have scored SR every month in one of my bags the last 3 months! 🙌🏼

Dawna

I’ve been subscribed to Ipsy for 4 years. I’m definitely guilty of complaining about certain bags in the past. But, then I realized a couple of things… I’m not artistic and I’m not the one who has to come up with 12 different designs for each year. I have found a use for every single GlamBag I have ever gotten even if it’s given away or donated. No, I don’t really like this Glambag, but it looks like plastic material to me, so I will toss it in my pool/beach bag or give it away filled with the products I don’t want.
There have been months that I couldn’t stand the bag but like the products and months where I loved the bag but not the products. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Reply ButtonReply

Christy

As a designer myself, I’m a fan of their bags – even the ones that I don’t like. I appreciate the effort that goes into them. I also like that they’re not just some cheapo bag you can get made in China with the lowest cost material possible.

Errmmm

Popping in to say they probably come up with 500-600 bag designs minimum (even more difficult!) then have to narrow it down to 12 bags PER level (glam bag, plus, and ultimate). The bags and their designs are people’s full time jobs.

I appreciate every bag I get – I use them to give little gifts to my mom, sis and friends when I don’t want certain products. And I’m copying someone I saw on Reddit and making earring holders out of 2 of the silvery bags I ended up with.

(all of this to say, I’m not crazy about the June bag designs but I’ll probably like it more once I have it in hand!)

Aidan

I got the cleanser in a Birchbox years ago, it was so good! One of the highlights from that sub.

Reply ButtonReply

Valerie

I get all three tiers and never pause them. I find that even if I am not thrilled with half the bag, the other half makes it well worth it and I have a lot of awesome extras to give away to others that are more than happy to unload them off me…..this month is no different!

Reply ButtonReply

Foxx

I’m pretty excited with June! I’m new, an ipsy infant, so I’m still in the “squee over everything stage” nothings a repeat yet.. eventually I’ll reach”ugh this again level” lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Foxx

🙂 Awe! Girl I hope you have a wonderful weekend! That made me smile lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

You’re welcome! Thank you! I hope you have a great one, too!

Alice

Your lighthearted comment made my evening!

Reply ButtonReply

Dawna

Not exactly thrilled with much for June, but you never know… I’ve noticed that sometimes Ipsy really nails it for me for a couple of months in a row, then either duds or mediocre for a couple and so on. May was a dud for me. Not in the brands and quality, just color shades and I don’t need another eyeshadow brush for at least a year. Lol!

Reply ButtonReply

Flora

Great month for me to skip, I don’t like the bag nor any spoilers. I wonder if Macy’s will finally start shipping the Jo Malone takeover box. 🤷‍♀️

Reply ButtonReply

Christa H.

I love Ofra and for $12, this isn’t terrible

Reply ButtonReply

Kirsten

The only thing that tickles my fancy is the pink ofra highlighter. Ipsy has already sent soooo many other gold highlighters. The change would be refreshing. I’ll probably skip plus and ultimate, but will wait for choice and see if anything makes me swoon. Lol.
I enjoy the brief escape I get trying out new stuff each month. Especially with all the COVID craziness and things feeling so surreal. I’ve personally never gotten a bag that was a 100% bummer; there’s always an item I like and often an item I hadn’t expected to like but was happily surprised.

Reply ButtonReply

Yolanda

Hi guys, when is choice? 🙏🏻 Thank y’all!!!

Reply ButtonReply

dia

The 21st. You can always check the timeline on their app or website.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

Ooh, ooh, I’ve been DYING to get the Ofra highlighter Covent Garden. It looks like the pink highlighter of my dreams. I almost bought it full price – glad I waited! Crossing my fingers it’s a choice item.

Not really feeling the rest, thought I wouldn’t mind the Sunday Riley ending up in my bag.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

Same – I want the highlighter and Sunday Riley, not too interested in the rest. I’ll wait until choice to see if I want to skip or not.

Reply ButtonReply

Toni Marie

The only products I would love to try is the highlighters because I use them all of the time. I had to skip ipsy fornt because some how they didnt wa t to except my credit card anymore. I hope that I can sign back up for June’s Ofra highlighter.

Reply ButtonReply

Patsy

Oh …. I hope these improve by choice time! I want something to really call to me. Can you skip if you’re on an annual subscription????

Reply ButtonReply

Maggie

You can! I am on the annual, wasn’t excited about one of the fall 2019 bags/choice items, and emailed customer service. You can skip the month–no refund but your subscription gets “extended” by a month.

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

They must have changed it then, because when i contacted Customer Service about the annual subscription, they told me that option was not available and that with the Annual Subscription, you could not skip a month and was committed to 12 glam bags in the 12 month period. But, this was when the price of the Glam bag went up to $12 and Ipsy was offering a discount to join annual.(I think it was $10 a month for annual sub)

Dawna

I’m still month to month. For the 1st time in over 4 years, I really feel like skipping the month. Not excited about the bag or any of the spoilers… But, I did redeem points for an item. If I skip, I won’t get that item. They aren’t going to hold it and send it in July. If I choose to skip, I will just get my points back.

Sherri

No, you have to do the 12 months in a roll, that is why i didnt want to commit to the annual subscription.

Reply ButtonReply

Patsy

Thanks, Sherri. That’s what I figured. If I subscribe again, it won’t be with an annual! lol

jen graham

I have gotten that Pacifica blush thing like three times in the last twelve months. A little much ipsy I like it but dang. Need a different assortment gotta mix it up a little.

Reply ButtonReply

Joan

The little Sunday Riley UFO oil probably what I will pick. I like trying new things but not highlighters, I have way more than I will ever use. I’m tempted to pick the pink blush instead so they won’t put in any tan highlighters.
I’ll know by choice day!

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

I wish they would let you choose one item & buy one add on at choice time. Then allow up to 8 add ons on reveal day.

Reply ButtonReply

Debi

ALL THESE ITEMS ARE REPEATS EXCEPT FOR THE UFO. EASY SKIP

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

I know it seems like it because we’ve seen similar products from these brands before, but the Ofra, Pacifica, & FAB products are actually new to Ipsy. (As far as I can tell.)

I did notice that in May’s Ipsy bags, everyone has at least one zombie product returning from a past bag. I think they’re having supply issues.

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

@Marion Meh the colors are very similar with the exception of Covent Garden (pink). Definitely hoping for that one!

Marion

Beth, the Madison Miller x Ofra highlighters were in the shades Moondance & Sea Shimmer.

The reason I personally make a distinction whether these are “repeat” products or not is because Ipsy DOES recycle a lot of stock. Some of the things we get in glam bags, flash sales, & Ipsy offers has been sitting around in a warehouse for months for goodness knows how long. I think Ipsy users should be more aware of this. But saying that that these items are repeats is misinformation, which doesn’t help anybody. I might be wrong, but I believe the Soho & Covent Garden shades are brand new to Ipsy. (It is hard for me to be 100% certain, because Ipsy has sent Ofra highlighters at least 2-3 times a year for the past couple of years. Why should 2020 be any different?)

Beth

I know for a fact we’ve had the Ofra highlighter before. Part of a collab Madison Miller, I think AND it was full size! BUT I’m not complaining, I’d love to get the pink Covent Garden!

Kelly

I already have 2 of pacifica blush duo pretty sure through ipsy last year! I love getting a full size item but not repeatedly same items!

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

If it helps, this is a new one that is probably cherry scented? 😂

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

Cherry scented? Yes please. I know some don’t like scented makeup because of sensitive skin, but I prefer nice scents. The Two Faced Chocolate Bar, Tutti Fruiti & Tarte Be a Mermaid pallettes are still my favorites! Of course I don’t NEED anymore blush but this one is cherry scented!

Debi

This may be a different shade but its still the same basic item Ipsy has sent out before. I have received these Pacifica blush/bronzer duos from them in the past (they perform poorly and have little pigment). I don’t want another one. The first aid beauty is a repeat and Ofra is so redundant in every sub box including Ipsy. The Malin and Geotz is a repeat and no one wants KVD beauty. Its the same brands repeatedly with slight variations. Sorry but its getting old.

Carol

Pretty sure I am taking a break for a bit. The blushes and highlighters are pretty, but I am sure that I have all of those shades. Nothing else interests me and there’s nothing in the Plus or Ultimate spoilers that I would want to add on.

I’m thinking about trying FFF for a season and seeing what that’s like. Allure is looking good for summer too.

Reply ButtonReply

Eryn

I just got this Pacifica blush/bronzer duo. It is a very pretty, soft shimmer blush and neutral matte bronzer but it smells like my Memé. (Grandmother) Very powdery rose scent. It does go away after a few minutes. I love the Malin & Goetz grapefruit cleanser, its great for oily/combo skin but make sure to use sunscreen due to the grapefruit. Where it is an all natural product the grapefruit can make you burn.
I hope I get the UFO oil though, and not another highlighter!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Kennessa

I want the oil too.

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

This spoiler is for a “Cherry Gold” highlight & blush duo. I think you may be talking about the Bronzed Rose duo.

I think this one has a cherry scent, based on the reviews of the Cherry Bomb palette on the Pacifica website.

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley

Would that pink Ofra highlighter look good on fair skin?

Reply ButtonReply

Jaya

Definitely!

Reply ButtonReply

Leigh

I have Covent Garden and use it often. It’s a more muted pink with silver undertones and is a little bit darker in person than the picture above. I thought it was Pillowtalk in the picture originally. It appears more silver when applied, but you can still see the pink. I have fair skin and it works really nice. I prefer it as an eyeshadow so I can see more of the pink that’s in it, but I also use it as a highlighter pretty often and love the pink/silver appearance. I hope this helps.

Reply ButtonReply

Natiesha

Hi Patsy! If you’re looking for a highlight for the first time, I would probably choose the more gold/neutral toned one if you can until you feel comfortable. And while some say that highlight accentuates creases and texture, i have a feeling that benefit would outweigh the negatives. I feel like highlighter gives me such a youthful glow, makes my 40 yr old textured skin look radiant and dewy and more youthful imo despite my couple creases. If you find its not looking right on the high points of your cheeks, try it on the inner corners of your eyes or on the lower middle eye lid to make eyes look bigger and more alert. Or on the bridge of your nose down the center to give it more dimension. If the powder doesnt work well for you, i think liquid and cream highlights are sometimes more forgiving on texture. I honestly dont think any age is too old for any makeup! My 61 yr old mom looks gorgeous with some highlights 🙂

Patsy

Leigh (or anyone else), would you consider one of the Ofra highlighters more subtle or quiet vs the other shade? I’ve never really fooled with highlighters and I’m almost 65, so I definitely don’t want to look like a Gramma Disco Ball! LOL Or is it more about your technique/heaviness of hand with brush as far as subtlety on the face? Or maybe a 65 yo face should run fast in the other direction from highlighters?

Ashley

Thank you, Leigh and Jaya! I am hoping this will be a choice item!

Lori W.

I’m quite happy with all of these. All things I’d use for sure!

Reply ButtonReply

Lori W.

Idk??? They are my favorite and I always get compliments when I wear them. Then again maybe I just like looking like a disco ball and seemingly wear that look well🤷‍♀️

Reply ButtonReply

AmyM

Pre-quarantine, I was wearing a highlighter I thought was “subtle.” Then one day when I got into the car to go to lunch, the sun hit it and it was glitter bomb city. lol After my shock wore off, I decided I loved it and kept wearing it.

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel W.

😂😂😂 I think I might have just peed a little!😂
