My May 2020 Sock Panda Review
When you join Sock Panda, you can choose between one or two pairs of socks a month. You also can choose between “wild & crazy,” “patterns & prints,” or one of each. I chose to receive "wild & crazy" because my socks are the only exciting part of my outfits while staying at home!
PB & J Socks
How cute are these periwinkle peanut butter and jelly socks?! I am loving the bright spring color, and the fun design of jars and sandwiches! Are they like any socks I currently own? Absolutely not! I am peanut butter obsessed, and my favorite sandwich is still probably peanut butter and jelly so these are right up my alley! I did notice that these are not adorned with the usual "Sock Panda" and "Give Back" logos. I also felt that these socks stretch quite a bit more than the usual pairs. I found them to be a little extra comfortable though, so it was a win for me!
Cherry Pie Socks
I love baking, and my favorite pie happens to be cherry, so to see these sweet khaki socks embellished with cherry pies, pie slices, and random cherries was the "cherry of my eye!" I found these socks to come at the perfect time- they get me excited for berry/fruit season, and add a little cheer to our lives when we need it most! Like the PB & J socks, these also are lacking the usual logos and seem to be a bit more on the stretchy side. I wonder if that will be the new norm now?
Verdict: Sock Panda was a hit this month! Because PB & J and cherry pie are a couple of my very favorite things, I was really to receive socks that play off of my personality! I love these socks because they are super comfortable, they wash up perfectly, and because they donate to those in need. I do wonder what's up with the lack of logos, so it'll be interesting to see if they are back in June!
