I got my Summer Welcome box today and everything is great, yaaaaayyyyy! The only problem is that I can’t get the pump to work on the Malu sunscreen. I’ve tried everything – pushing it down while turning in different directions, etc. Does anyone have any suggestions??

There is a cover on the pump that is the exact same shape as the pump, you have to slip it off.

is anybody else still waiting for the summer welcome box to ship? Site says early to mid July for shipment of the welcome box. Subscribed May 26th and have been patiently waiting, the site said the latest ship date would be mid july…..we are now in the last week and im hoping we see tracking numbers soon

My credit card was charged May 15th and my box still hasn’t shipped. 75 days??

Mine was charged in May also. I just received my box 2 weeks ago. It took Fed Ex 3 weeks just to get it to me once it was shipped. WhenI finally received it 1 item was broke and one leaked out. This was my first AND last box. And I thought Boxycharm’s boxes shipped slow!!

Still waiting. i hope they dont ship mine with the intro boxes in August since I didnt get the swell bottle.

I have a question I’m hoping someone can help me with! My first box with Causebox is their summer welcome box. I signed up back in May, just missing the sold out summer box.
I was wondering if they send notification once it ships? I haven’t received anything from them, and I thought they said they would start shipping in early/mid July.

I have The FedEx app and I saw a label for my causebox yesterday, I haven’t received a notification from causebox yet because only the shipping label has been created. Once it leaves the warehouse is probably when they send out notification emails, but they are starting to ship out the welcome boxes.

Same! Their chart said it should have shipped by now and I don’t see any proof of shipment. Signed up for a year, too. Hope it wasn’t a mistake to. 🙄

It looks like the Summer box has 7 items and the Summer Welcome box has 6 items. It’s nice that they included the PMD and Reusable lids in the Intro Box #2 for $25. The Intro box as 5 items for $25 which is a steal for that PMD.

I received the Spring welcome box and loved it, but if I understand correctly, as an annual member I should have received a cross body in the Summer Box, but didn’t. Also, I never received an email for customization! I would never have known it was missing until I read this post! Thanks!

I never got an email about customization either. I just logged in everyday. The cross body purse was in the Spring box and Summer Welcome Box. It was not included in the Summer Box.

I got my summer box today and it is different from what is being spoiled. No purse. But, I am in love with everything I got: PMD Blue, Diffuser in Bergamot and Grapefruit, beautiful nesting bowls that are bigger than expected, stretch lids, hyaluronic acid, and the healing balm that is great on my lips. The only disappointment was the fringe earrings that are damaged. I sent in a customer care request.

I think you received the regular Summer box, not the summer welcome that is spoiled here (with the bag). With all these summer box versions it’s very easy to get confused 🙂

What do you do when you receive a product that does not work? I received the pmd clean and it will not turn on consistently . When I first put in the battery it would not turn on. I’ve changed out the batteries and That didn’t work . I put the original battery back in and after pressing the button several times it turned on. Turn it off and it will not come back on.

First I’d try going over the instructions. I was a little confused about turning mine off and on too. I tried holding down the button which wasn’t very helpful. So I just push it and it works.
If the fix isn’t that simple, you’ll want to reach out to their customer service.

I can’t wait to get this box. I hope I get the brushes since my daughter fell in love with the last set. Lol. This set is great because they are so soft so you get plenty of pigment on the brush without damaging or making a mess of your makeup. Also, these are left open on the vanity for daily use and the brush heads are completely covered with the overhanging flap. No dust equals less skin breakouts. Very clean beauty literally.

This is my first causebox, I’m excited to try it! I picked the Black crossbody because I already have two crossbodies in other two colors, pick the teal PMD, the plastic lids and the S’well bottle! Excited to try the other two products also! Only thing I’m sad about missing out in regular box are the bowls!

It seems to me that you have to be an annual subscriber in order to get what you really want. I’m on the fence about it. Don’t they give you a better deal if you sign up for a year?

If you’re willing to wait, there might be a good annual deal for the holidays. I bought mine at a nice discount around Black Friday.

If you sign up now, the only discount you will get is the Intro box for $25 and the other three boxes for $50 each. If you wait until the Fall box to come out, its $199 for four full-sized boxes. You can also apply discount codes to get some money off your first box . I used “MICHEL” and it knocked the annual price down $16. Including my state’s tax, I got an annual for $194.

Yes different and yes guaranteed pmd. Also spoiled are a straw tote and plastic lids. Five items total. The first intro box has the portfolio and either a bento or jewelry box. Both intro boxes are $25 while Summer and Summer welcome are full price

Anyone else picking the sage purse? Just made my selections. Sage purse, blush PMD (already have the teal from Boxycharm), the S’well bottle (hope I really get a nice design or one with the sport cap) and the felt board. So excited!

I picked the letter board as well. I have never had one and I think it’s kind of cute, plus I am already getting the lids in the regular summer box. I have bought all of the boxes so far this year, as I find it very fun to get the mail during quarantine.

Yes, same. Black just seemed too basic to me, plus I have other black purses already. The cognac looked nice, but I like how unique the sage purse is. Maybe I’m just into more fun purses. I have one that’s this purple kind of leopard print that has shockingly lasted for over a decade with only minor wear and tear. Always get compliments on it when I use it. And also this nice blue Tote bag. I think a nice sage purse will go along well with my little purse collection. I’m excited for it, and the rest of the items in the box.

Sad I missed the regular summer box, would have loved the bowls and diffuser, but I’m happy with the welcome box. I saw a lot of hate for the felt board, so I was going to get the stretch lids over the felt board, but then I found them locally at this shop for only $6, so I bought two sets! I’ve seen some fun things people have done with felt boards, so I’m looking forward to it.

Hi Gracie! Seasonal members don’t customize any items, I’m afraid. You get a randomly selected mix of products. There is no reveal – you have to wait until it arrives!

Thanks. Just made my selections. Will be my first box. cognac, blush, makeup brush, lids. it would have been nicer if lids was guarantee item vs choice. If I could have picked my own swell design i might have picked it but too risky to choose and get a design I don’t like (I prefer solid color). I guess the only thing I am missing out on from the core box is the bowls and the restore cream. Hope is comes soon and its first select first mail out.

I’m confused. The CauseBox page says to stay tuned for more spoilers that are coming soon after the day cream and serum. Isn’t the welcome box supposed to have 7-8 items? I will be mad if it only has six as they sell the 5 item Intro box for $25.

This box was a total bate and switch!!! I didn’t receive anything shown, but the bottle. When I asked customer service I was told bc a discount coupon was used so they sent me a lesser value box…. REALLY!!! I will NEVER subscribe to them again and I will warn everyone to proceed with caution if you use a coupon.

They just have tooooo many different boxes coming out these days. They do tell you when you sign up what you will be receiving, but many people don’t read the info on the screen and instead assume they will be getting a different box that they saw somewhere else, and are then disappointed. There is only ever one box available at a time, so it’s not your fault for using a coupon. I think they really need to stop with the million different boxes a season – there have been 3 spring boxes and 4 summer boxes. Super confusing if you aren’t following along.

OMG I am *so* excited for this Welcome Box! At first I was kind of bummed because I thought all spoilers had been released a couple weeks ago. The addition of sunscreen AND the HA from Grace & Stella? I’m beyond thrilled. I can’t believe it! Not sure but I *love* their rose hydrating facial spray, it’s the most refreshing one I’ve found and I cannot be without it. They’re also cruelty free and 100% vegan which I’m trying to stick with for skincare products, because why not, if their products are high quality?

I know Grace and Stella are a private-label company. They even tell people that and I found a video showing them on Dragon’s Den talking about it. Haven’t heard anything about alibaba though. Would be curious to hear about it, as I got these gold masks in my premium Boxycharm box that I haven’t heard great things about – and it looks pretty weird, wasteful and messy to me. Don’t know if I’ll use it.

I know there was a whole controversy over Boxycharm putting in that 24k gold gel supposedly worth $100, but the difference there is that the company only sold that one product, and didn’t even have a website up before people got it in their boxes. And then people found a $2 version of the same exact gel on alibaba/aliexpress.

Grace and Stella appear to be the opposite of that whole mess, at least with their social media presence, website and products. So I don’t know. Still don’t know if I’ll use those gold masks I got though. Maybe I’ll do a patch test on my wrist before I put it on my face. Lol.
