I posted on the April thread that I just received my earrings from April. They had shipped a long time ago, but then France Post shutdown. Things are moving again, but there’s surely a long backlog. I saw one person received the May subscription box… which gives you some idea of where they are in shipping.

It’s cute but unfortunately Emma & Chloe is the only box I’ve vowed to never subscribe to again. Their customer service is so horrendous that it’s just not worth it- even though I really liked some of the pieces I received.

I placed an order on may 16 (not a subscription box). Still waiting for tracking. I guess they are experiencing major delays.

Yes, they are. I’ve received emails from them about shipping delays due to the pandemic. It seems international shipping has been disproportionately impacted, and domestic delays are bad enough, so, yeah…

Does anyone have contact info for the American version of their support? I bought an annual sub when they had 50% off. Their website and apparently French customer service indicate I don’t have a subscription (even though I’ve received 2 boxes). All French customer service does is tell me to contact American customer service without providing the contact info.

Hi Tiffany – here’s some info from emails I received when I first subbed, maybe some of it will be helpful to you (sorry for all the weird formats – just trying to keep this comment from being flagged):
– US site: us (dot) emma-chloe (dot) com
– I was told: “Please email us at support (at) emma-chloe (dot) com if you have any questions about your subscription, our lovely Elodie will be glad to help! :-)”
– A subsequent message from Elodie (who apparently is “Customer Happiness, Emma & Chloe US”) came from thankyou (at) kitcrm (dot) com and I was told I could reply to that email if I had any questions
Hopefully some bit of all of that will get you what you need.

Quick update – when I actually hit reply to the last message I mentioned, the email magically changes to bonjour (at) emma-chloe (dot) com. Weird, but I swear that is what happened, lol. So there’s another possibility.
