I was wondering that too!! I hope it means more choices! Like let us pick more of the items in our bag.

The Ipsy page says “Glam Bag Plus is getting better on 7/20” with no other info except something about choice changing. Any ideas?

Reply ButtonReply

Martina

Yeah, I also see that, really curious what is that talking about.

Reply ButtonReply

amyr

I hope it is something great. With Ipsy all things seem possible.

Reply ButtonReply

Excited

I saw noticed that last night. I wonder what that means.

Reply ButtonReply

DanielleL

Is anyone else having trouble with the Ipsy links? They haven’t worked since yesterday and I have tried many of them.

Reply ButtonReply

KristaR

I have. I haven’t been able to pick an item for my bag for the past few months.

I decided to skip plus this month and put my $25 (or not) towards add-ons to my glam bag that I actually really like. I too was not offered the Luna oil which isn’t a huge loss because I dislike how it smells. Still, I am a little irked it was not even an option — maybe I would have picked it to gift. I would have liked the Awake serum but it wasn’t offered. That left a bunch of meh likelihoods. I already have the Playa, which I added on previously and, it is only mediocre, imo, and smells overwhelmingly strong. Hopefully, next plus will be better.

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

I did not like the Playa either. Made my hair greasy and the smell was overwhelming and foul.

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

Oh no, that sounds horrible! I’m so sorry that happened 🙁

SarahB

I liked what the Playa did for my hair (I completely destroyed it bleaching it down to white for pastel color fun, so nothing ever makes it greasy it seems), but oh my god, that smell. It would not go away. I have a reactive airway/asthma that’s triggered by fragrance, and it was nonstop coughing all day.

Jennie

200plus posts later, might be the most popular thread in recent history. SR Luna better live up to all this hype .

My opinion on the Luna, which I have used for a couple of years now is that it is really nice. I wake up in the morning with very soft and smooth skin. Having said that, all the Luna I have received has been through beauty boxes so I have never paid anywhere near full price. I personally wouldn’t use it as a stand alone retinol product, because I don’t feel it’s strong enough to really address line’s and wrinkles. Interesting side note, they recommend using the oil as the first step, which I know goes against the rules, but it actually does work better that way. You apply the oil 4-5 drops max for your entire face and let it soak in for 15-20 minutes, then apply your other skincare. Don’t ever purchase the largest bottle because you’ll never use it all before it goes bad. You don’t need to Instagram this stuff where it looks like you have blue tears running down your face.😆😂 I used it for awhile along with the A+ Retinol with no irritation and very nice results. Unfortunately, I found out the A+ has alcohol in it and even though it’s very far down the list, I won’t pay $85 for skincare that contains alcohol. It’s a shame because I really loved the A+. So now I’m switching to a new retinol that I don’t know would play well with the Luna, which means I’ll just stop using it. Do I like the Luna? Yes, very much. Would I buy it at full price? No, it doesn’t make sense to have to use 2 retinol products to achieve the results I’m looking for. Sorry for the book, just thought I’d throw my experience out there for those who haven’t tried it. Oh…and it stinks! I got used to it, but yeah…brace yourself!😆

Why did I not see the luna in my choice selection?

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

I’m really, really irritated….with myself!🤦 Totally forgot about choice yesterday and need some more Luna, I’m running low.😞 Then when I got on I was like “Ok, I’ll just grab the hair product, I LOVE getting hair products and never do, so that will be nice.” But no, I clicked it a moment to late and it was gone.😭 So I picked nothing and I’m hoping for the best and that it wasn’t a mistake to do that. I don’t want a box of the least popular items, not sure if picking nothing is going to get me that, I’ve never done it.

Reply ButtonReply

Kristen

I’ve forgotten to make my choice on more than one occasion.. this month being one! I’ve found that Ipsy actually uses your profile info when you don’t make the choice. I got a very makeup heavy ultimate last time, and I was very pleased. I felt like I actually get the best items when I don’t do choice. I hope it works out that way for you as well!

Reply ButtonReply

Christina

The Luna oil was not an option for me. I contacted customer service and they said it was an IT issue and would get back to me. I’m going to be so irritated if I don’t get the oil.

Reply ButtonReply

Dosia

I’m curious if it had something to do with the profile preferences. Can any of you who didn’t have Luna as option tell me what you have in your quiz when they ask how often you want to receive face oils and serums?

Reply ButtonReply

Errmmm

Hi Dosia,

My profile is set to “Often” (or whatever the top option is) for oils and serums and all skin care, basically. I wasn’t given Luna as a choice, but now I’m curious to see if any of the folks who didn’t have Luna as an option on Choice day will receive it as one of their 5 items in their GBP.

Dea

I always give terrible reviews to Sunday Riley products, and my choices didn’t include it. I did have a choice for an eye cream, which is a product I always rank highly, and that’s what I chose. Yes, I believe that your choices are influenced by your profile. And yes, I believe that they didn’t have many of the Luna oil and people who set a watch grabbed it early. So what? The early cat gets the bird, as we say in my house.

Errmmm

It appears that about 50% of us didn’t have Luna as an option, so you’re not alone. I was on the app the minute choice started and it was nowhere on my screen.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Same for me, Terry. I’m never offered the higher valued choice items.. it’s just not right.

Terry

They are straight up lying. I contacted CS yesterday and got a reply that was basically, “so sorry that we sold out, but we’ll have other fabulous things for you”. When I pointed out that some of y’all were on as soon as Choice opened and weren’t offered SR as an option, as well as others who chose later in the day after me, but were offered SR as an option, I was emailed that I had a new case manager, who emailed me the same 💩 It appears that they will not admit that they offer different choices. I don’t remember it being like that until recently. I wasn’t offered SR Good Genes last month either 🤬🤬🤬

Kelly

I logged on at 5am West Coast and choice wasn’t up yet! Then got busy and when I did log in around noon I only had the eyeshadows, brush, eye cream, mascara as my options. All three bottom items weren’t even showing anymore. SUPER bummed that they run out that fast. I REALLY want that Playa spray! Hope it’s an add on. Guess I’ll be setting my alarm or maybe skipping?? It’d be worth it if I get that spray magically in my box. I already hope they set some aside to fill boxes randomly so we don’t all get screwed with left overs.

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

Set your alarm for just before 6am PT on Choice day, & just before 4:30am PT on Add-ons day (the 2nd of the month). 😉

Reply ButtonReply

Jennie

Does choice ever go up before 4:30am pst? Couldve sworn it did a month or two ago. Had no idea that add-on’s go live that early tho. Thanks for the heads up!

Arlene

Several people mentioned that they chose the Ahava and just in case you haven’t used it before thought I would let you know that is an incredible moisturizer. It is without a doubt my favorite. I agonized over going with that or Luna and finally decided on Luna. The main reason I started with Ipsy was to try new products and I had never even heard of Ahava before getting it in my bag, so I went with Luna just to try it.

There were also a few comments from people saying they weren’t into skin care that much and that was me many years ago. I am 72 now and so wish I had changed my attitude on skin care long ago. It is so hard to undo a lifetime of sun damage and not treating my skin better. I don’t usually write posts or comments, but if this encourages even one person to make any changes in that area, it will be worth it.

Reply ButtonReply

Teresa

Does it have a scent? I tried the lotion in one of the boxes and couldn’t stand the scent.

Reply ButtonReply

Arlene

The Ahava has a scent. The DRMTLGY Tinted Moisturizer with SPF does not.

Karolina

Ahava is such an amazing brand to nourish my dry skin. Super moisturizing and very underrated for the quality it gives.

Reply ButtonReply

Also Beth

This is a really sweet comment and a great reminder! Thanks so much, Arlene. <3

Reply ButtonReply

Kelly

💖 love this. Agree with the Ahava. It’s WONDERFUL and the only moisturizer I can get my 31yo girlfriend to use. Only downside is no spf but that’s probably why it’s so wonderful, no grease. I’m looking for a good spf/moisturizer combo any suggestions?

Reply ButtonReply

Errmmm

Hi Kelly,

For physical (mineral) sunscreens, my favorites are SkinMedica spf 32 tinted (VERY little tint, I’m pale and it blends in easily) and Skincuetencils (sp?) tinted spf 50 – they’re both pretty pricey but they spread like a dream and there’s no white cast (which is rare in a physical sunscreen). For affordable physical sunscreens I like LaRoche Posay and Neutrogena – they both have some great sunscreen options for every skin type.

For chemical sunscreens, I like Murad Vitamin C spf 30 and Purlisse Blue Lotus spf 30, obviously there’s no white cast since they’re chemical sunscreens and they just feel like normal face lotions to me. For more affordable options, Aveeno (they have several terrific options) and Hawaiian Tropic Antioxidant spf 50 are both great.

It really depends on whether you’re looking for a chemical or physical sunscreen, and what type of skin you have and what type of finish you like it to leave on your skin. I’m kind of obsessed with spf and have tried SO MANY because I wear it daily, rain or shine. I like to have a variety – I live in Southern California and I switch them up depending on the weather and what my skin is doing that day.

Good luck!

Arlene

I have normal to slightly dry skin and this works well for me. It doesn’t leave a white cast and I occasionally use it as a primer. Don’t know how it would do with oilier skin, though.

DRMTLGY Anti-Aging Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 46

Yolanda

What size is the Luna Oil going to be? Thanks 😊.

Reply ButtonReply

Irina

On picture it’s huge bottle 35ml. I hope it’s correct

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

I’m not sure if it was sold out or just not an option for me for some reason, but the Luna Oil wasn’t one of my choices. So yeah, it’s a skip month for me.

Reply ButtonReply

Bb

For as long as they have done choices, whenever I see an item that I want in a spoiler, I go change my profile to steer the selections toward the item(s) I want, and I have always gotten what I wanted.

This even worked for me prior to selection. If it’s an eyeshadow palette I want, I will say I really like eyeshadow and mark everything else as ‘never’ or ‘sometimes’. It always worked. If you didn’t get Luna, especially make sure you have oils marked as always.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

As Nicole said, you’ve just been lucky. Ipsy has stated via CS that changes to a profile take a couple months to reset the system choices.

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

You are just getting extremely lucky. This method doesn’t work out well for the majority of people who try it. If it did there would not be constant complaints about Ipsy not following profiles. The more I limit my profile to only be geared towards the items I want that month, the worse my boxes are. I’m glad you’re getting what you want this way though, and I hope that continues for you!

Reply ButtonReply

Molly

Yep. I agree. My boxes are worse the more I try to steer my profile in a certain direction. Or maybe I’m just unlucky. Lol. Either way it’s not working.
I wish it were easier to get what you want. Like being able to turn certain items off like no liquid eyeliner or no highlighter this month. Wouldn’t that be awesome?!

Natalie

Might be time to finally cancel my IPSY. The Luna oil had me extremely excited for this month. I went online at 7am here in California and it was gone. IPSY is messing with my emotions. For the money I drop on them I could buy 50 Luna oils. And they disrespect my loyalty to them by hyping me on a product and baiting me… all the while knowing they don’t have many of said product and that they’re using it was a faux “star” item to lure me in. It’s rude as heck.

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

@ Natalie…Really? You do know that SR Luna oil retails for $105 right? Fifty of them would be $5,250. You really spend THAT much on Ipsy?! I highly doubt it. 🙄

Reply ButtonReply

Christina

Hey girl,
So I did have the Luna as a choice and that’s what I picked because it’s a great product and well worth the full price I paid for it, but I was interested in trying the tarte mascara and didn’t have that one as a choice..I went on right away at 9 AM when it opened..so I wonder if not everyone sees the same options..I’m not sure if settings matter because I have face oils and mascara both as always in my beauty quiz..the plays hair mist is great too…I understand your frustration, but at least there were really good choices this time… 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Raven

Natalie, Ipsy choice starts at 6am Pacific time. I ALWAYS set my alarm for 05:55, and have always been able to get a top choice.
By 7AM the good stuff is always gone.
Chances are you will be able to do it as an Add-On.
Early Bird catches the worm with Ipsy!

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Sorry to burst bubbles…timing of log on for choice has NOTHING to do with the selections that are offered. Each subscriber gets DIFFERENT menu options. It really stinks.

Errmmm

Many folks didn’t have Luna as an option regardless of being on the app the moment choice started. It wouldn’t make a difference what time they started, it simply wasn’t there. I’ve seen lots of comments by people who went on a few hours after choice started and Luna was one of their choice products, so selling out has nothing to do with the frustration. It’s the fact that many long-time IPSY subscribers weren’t able to pick it because they never had the ability to.

Jess

People seem to forget that if it’s a fairly popular and an expensive brand it is obviously going to sell out fast. The fact that people are upset that they went on an hr after and it wasn’t there need to realize that it doesn’t work that way. I have always set my alarm at 6am, and I’ve always gotten the choice item that I wanted without any issues. I do believe that not all items will show if it’s not selected in your profile (like I’ve never gotten the choice for hair products or received one in my box). However, the SR I think has to do with selling out. I’ve always been able to get the SR products featured and for the most part everything I’ve gotten has followed my profile. I’ve also always had the choice for the more popular items that month even if I didn’t choose it (like the Tula sunscreen last month). At the end of the day people need to remember that this is supposed to be a try-on box, it’s supposed to be fun.

Reply ButtonReply

Stephanie

I agree with you Jess. Popular and expensive brands sell out fast and I too set my alarm and log on to Ipsy the moment that time hits. All the choices are there, that are shown on MSA. I don’t believe they leave out certain people and not give them all the choice options.
2 months ago I logged in at the exact moment you got to choose your product and the SR Good Genes product was there (or whatever product they had). I’m already overloaded with this type of product and didn’t know what I wanted so I didn’t choose anything. I went back an hour later and the SR and another product weren’t there because they had already sold out. It wasn’t an option anymore. Key is, it’s first come, first serve.
If people are getting error messages that that has to do with the companies site infrastructure and the traffic levels at the moment. The system requests surpass the processing capacity resources. The servers can’t handle all the requests coming in.

Reply ButtonReply

Errmmm

It has nothing to do with selling out – many people hopped on the app the moment choice started and Luna wasn’t an option (myself included). I’ve read many comments by people who went on a couple hours after choice started and they DID have Luna as an option. That’s why so many folks are annoyed – it simply wasn’t in their list of options at 6 am (PST).

Charlotte

Stephanie, multiple people in the comments here have been told by Ipsy customer care that that not everyone gets the same choices. 🤷‍♀️

Marion

They do omit some choices for some people. Sometimes it’s obvious why (in my case, my profile is marked “fair,” so if they only send a completion product in Light and Medium, I don’t get offered that product), other times there seems to be no rhyme or reason. Last month, I was not offered the Pacifica blush duo, for example. In January, when Ipsy sent Huda palettes in Warm Browns, Amethyst, & Ruby, I was only offered Amethyst.

Teresa

There was some website issue and it wouldn’t let me choice my item it kept saying try back later. It took some time on the website to find the contact info. They make it hard to do. I message the customer service so hopefully, they will make it right and see that I get it. If not I think Ipsy will be on the chopping block for me.

Reply ButtonReply

Jan

Hi Teresa, I had exactly the same problem. I tried to choose the product, (the Luna oil, of course) for at least 45 minutes. Eventually, that product, along with three others just vanished. I contacted IPSY CS, and they basically told me, “too bad”. The item was sold out, but not to worry, that they would pick five perfect products for me based on my profile. Sure they will, just like they have been, right? I immediately skipped this month, I was so angry. I wish you good luck, but don’t get your hopes up. So sorry. I’m of the “tender age” where the oil would have been really useful for me. Oh, well.

Reply ButtonReply

Dianne

I picked Playa hair mist. Its something I’d use.

Reply ButtonReply

deb

The Luna oil wasn’t available when I logged in at 9:00 a.m..

Reply ButtonReply

Enid

I got my email to pick at 9:11 est and got my confirmation email for the Sunday Riley Oil at 9:13 est

Reply ButtonReply

Suzy

I just checked at 8:00, and did GB, then GBP. Got my confirmation email at 8:05 (CST). You have to log in early for these types of things!

Oz

I logged in around 9:20AM Eastern Time and the Sunday Riley wasn’t available to me either. I didn’t get the Good Genes as an option a couple of months ago either. I’m starting to feel like it’s a bait and switch. Nothing in choice that I am interested in. I hope you receive it in box if you don’t skip.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Same for me. I never got these bait items in my choice options.

Ashlee

I skipped this month. Nothing I wanted, including the SR as oil always breaks me out (not that it was an option for me when I looked at 9am CST).

Reply ButtonReply

Redwoods301

I chose the green eyesight, I was really impressed with the liquid lipstick I received from this brand last month, so I’m taking a chance!

Reply ButtonReply

Brooke

Set my alarm for 430am… At 450am I gave up and went back to bed. Set the next alarm for 6am and got a Luna oil.

For future reference it opens at 9am est not 730am like everyone on here was saying.

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

7:30 am EST is add-ons, not choice.

Reply ButtonReply

Bett

I did exactly the same – only I never got back to bed…
Lesson learned! But I got my Luna oil 😀

Reply ButtonReply

Mary

For anyone with FOMO over the Luna oil, read and research the ingredient list as well as reviews from sites like Beautypedia and you might not be so disappointed. Sunday Riley is very hyped but there are very few SR products that I would be willing to let touch my skin. Unfortunately the Awake serum didn’t end up being a choice for Plus.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

What is wrong with the ingredients?

Extra Virgin, Cold Pressed Avocado Oil, Organic, Cold Pressed Concord Grape Seed Oil, Cold Pressed Blackberry Seed Oil, Cold Pressed Chia Oil, Dimethyl Isosorbide [A 100% pure, sustainable solvent derived from corn sugar] Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate [A more stable, mild form of Vit A that stimulates collagen build up, prevents elastin and collagen breaking down, speeds up healing, etc. and is less irritating than retinol, Matricaria Flower Oil, Blue Tansy oil, English Chamomile oil, Cape Chamomile oil, Neroli Oil, Blood Orange oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Vetiver oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Green 6, Violet 2.

About the only problematic thing I see on that list is the dyes, since they aren’t needed.

From Sephora’s write-up:
“Free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. This product is also vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free with recyclable packaging.”

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

So apparently Mary has time to write long snippy and argumentative comments but not just simply say “some of the essential oils could be irritating.” Mmmkay. Next time I see your name, I will keep scrolling, haha.

Bett

I had a look at the beautypedia review Mary listed.
Summary from the end of that article:
“PROS:
Contains some beneficial non-fragrance plant oils.
CONS:
Contains several fragrant citrus essential oils that have potent ability to sensitize.
Relies on a lesser-known form of retinol ester.
Not fragrance free (or gentle) as claimed.”

Really, it comes down to whether you agree with that reviewer, (and the beautypedia site in general) that all fragrances, whether natural or synthetic, are always bad. While my skin is sensitive to lots of things, (I can’t wear chemical sunscreens, for example), I’ve never had any issues whatever with fragrant essential oil in face products, so that’s not a concern for me. “Lesser-known form or retinol ester” isn’t claiming that’s harmful, but just that its efficacy isn’t as well tested as other forms, so far. “Not fragrance free (or gentle) as claimed” is a repetition of the first con: it contains fragrant essential oils, including blood orange and neroli.

I’m fine with that, and very much looking forward to trying this product.

Dosia

I read the review that Mary was talking about and the only thing they complained about is that there are a few of fragrant essential oils in there that can be potentially irritating and that this form of retinol it contains does not have a whole lot of research to prove its effectiveness. I think giving it 1/5 stars because of that is quite an overreaction, it has good ingredients and (for me) it was very effective and not irritating at all.

Lori

@Mary You didn’t answer the question…

Mary

I’m also not so quick to forget all the fake reviews Sunday Riley got caught writing at Sephora and elsewhere 😂

Mary

You could always look up the Beautypedia review I cited! I generally don’t go by something like Sephora’s highlights as Sephora’s aim is to sell products not offer skincare knowledge on each product they sell based on compelling scientific research. And I’m referring to what’s included in the formula not what’s excluded, i.e. sulfates (why these would ever be included in a serum anyway I don’t know but mentioning their exclusion Is good marketing), Parabens and the others you’ve listed. But hey, agree to disagree and enjoy your serum!

Suzy

Thank you! I was wondering what could possibly be so bad…I love SR.

Lori

Any chance you could summarize for us what’s bad? 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

Brooke

LOL @Mary what happened in your life to make you this way?

Lori

@Mary, thank you for summarizing the article for me after all 😆😂🤣😆

Mary

Actually @Lori it’s not just that some ingredients “could” be irritating, it’s that they ARE irritating. Just because you aren’t seeing it on your skin immediately doesn’t mean damage isn’t occurring. The sun, diet, certain ingredients all can cause damage over time, and there’s ample and valid research to back up what the article is saying about those ingredients. You’d have to read though. And you forgot to mention (again probably because you refuse to read the article yourself) that the form of retinol Sunday Riley used in this formula is dubious. Kinda important for a retinol product wouldn’t ya think?

Mary

@Lori I’m just unwilling to do the work for people who are too lazy and entitled to read.

Lori

Wow, THANK YOU, Inge! That was very kind of you 🙂

Inge

Summarized from beautypedia (Apologize if I didn’t do it well & it’s still too long):

For a product that claims to be gentle on skin as well as fragrance free, Luna Sleeping Oil was a true disappointment to our team given that its inclusion of potent citrus essential oils makes both claims inaccurate. That aside, their reliance on a largely unproven derivative of retinol makes this product one that cannot justify its cost especially when it is so easily outperformed by products that are a fraction of the cost.

PROS:
Contains some beneficial non-fragrance plant oils.
“In terms of beneficial ingredients, Sunday Riley included multiple excellent non-fragrance plant oils that have moisturizing, antioxidant and anti-irritant benefit for skin—avocado, grape seed, blackberry and chia.”

CONS:
– Relies on a lesser-known form of retinol ester.
“One of the main attractions of this product is the inclusion of trans-retinol ester that Sunday Riley describes as an advanced retinol complex “to correct damage caused by sun, time and pollution.” Listed on the ingredient list as hydroxypinacolone retinoate, it has promise but there isn’t a compelling amount of data evaluating its effectiveness, or comparing it to other forms of retinol (like retinol or retinaldehyde). The study that does exist was conducted by the brand that manufacturers hydroxypinacolone retinoate, and was conducted on just five people.”

– Not fragrance free (or gentle) as claimed. Contains several fragrant citrus essential oils that have potent ability to sensitize.
“Despite the fact that the Sunday Riley brand claims that this product is fragrance free (right on the box), they included multiple fragrance citrus essential oils in its formula. Neroli, blood orange, ylang ylang and vetiver, each with a blend of compounds that can provoke inflammation and a host of other issues over the long term with repeated application.”

Mary

@Lori why don’t you read the Beautypedia review I suggested. Why would I invest the time to summarize when you could google and read the article yourself in just a few minutes? If you’re not interested in the tip I gave you can just ignore it but don’t expect me to do everything for you.

tammy g.

I got the luna oil…yea.

Marion

In case it helps anybody make a decision: I got a sample of the Tarte Surfer Curl mascara from Sephora & didn’t like it at all. It flaked on me like no other mascara has flaked before. I didn’t even finish the sample; I just threw away the tube.

Reply ButtonReply

Joy-Not the Other One

To everyone who is angry that they didn’t receive the oil as a choice because everyone else got it first-that is not the way it works. I have had IPSY over a year and there are almost always 2-3 items that are not available to me for choice every single month no matter what TIME I log on. I used to come on here and complain about it until it was pointed out to me that is simply how it works per IPSY. It is now my understanding that IPSY just simply doesn’t offer everything to everybody in choice for whatever reason. It has absolutely nothing to do with what time you log on. They are not necessarily “Sold-out” of it either. You might still receive it in your box or it might even be available as an add-on. Or not. But if you don’t receive it, it has nothing to do with the time you logged on or others “beating you to it”.

Reply ButtonReply

LB

Yep. A few times the item that didn’t show up in my choices actually showed up in my bag anyway…like they already had it pre-selected for me. Obviously it might not always be that way, but it would be a shame if some of these people skipping or canceling out of anger are actually missing out on what they wanted…guess that’s part of the “surprise”/risk??

I got the Luna Oil but I had to do it around 9 am Eastern Time.
