Walmart Beauty Box – Summer 2020 Box Update

I have received beauty boxes for a couple of years. Have not gotten one in several months. Also have tried to log in with no success. I am still interested.

I also can not get into the website. Tried several different times from different pages. Have been a member for years. Can anyone help?

I order a box in August and never received it, and can’t get on web site, I have never had trouble with this before, I have been ordering boxes for years

Hi everyone, any news on the beauty boxes. It’s already September and no box. I tried to log in multiple times but it was not working. Just went today to see if there were any updates and the website is down for maintenance. I won’t if we are even getting a Summer/Fall box 😞

I purchase a beauty box for both my mother and mother in law since the winter 2019 box. I have received the ones for winter 2019 and spring 2020 but not summer 2020. I did get an email saying they were skipping summer, and would see the next box fall of 2020. This morning I was charged 23.10$ for 2 boxes which usually cost me 10.00$.

I’m confused as why this is. If they started charging tax, is the tax the same cost as the box? Making them now $10.00 each? If that’s the case I will be canceling my subscriptions, as these boxes are not worth $10 for a couple samples my moms may or may not use.

I’M ALSO WAITING.

I have not received my box yet and it’s going on 2 weeks. I ordered the box for me and my mom I can’t even contact them I have the receipt and it show that they took money off my card this seems like a scam to nothing should take this long if you already paid for it Inothing should take this long if you already paid for it I received everything I ordered on the same day from Amazon and from ShoeDazzle but this order has not came through I would just like my money back or if not I’m just going to call my bank and cancel the card so I can get my money back I don’t like companies that you can’t get a hold of her call customer care to ask questions when they’re taking money from off credit cards. I would like my product and not the money but if I’m not going to get the product then I would like my money back. It would be nice to receive something extra too if they decide to send it since they’re the one that neglected to send the product.

website not working

Just received an email, to the effect that they have to start charging tax on the Beauty Box. I have a question submitted to them, since they’ve always said that the $5. charge was for shipping, not for the box itself.

I was charged for mine in early May and only received it about 2 weeks ago. I received:

NYX lip oil
Head & Shoulders Supreme nourish & Smooth hair conditioner (2.5 oz)
Hello natural whitening toothpaste (1 oz)
Hello charcoal infused toothbrush
Biore rose quartz face wash
Calm magnesium packet

Overall, pretty satisfied with the box. Not sure that I will use the charcoal toothbrush but looking forward to trying the rest of the items.

I wonder what the changes are? It’s odd that they did not mention what they are? Maybe it is mostly to do with subscription management, rather than the boxes themselves? Yes it is only $5.00, but I received a few poor boxes and I stopped getting them. I may try them again?

Really interested in what a revamp will look like. It’s only $5, after all 😛 Still, would be cool if they could compete with the Target boxes (which I know are $2 more).

I use the NYX lip oil…. love the stuff. I received the purple tinted one in my box. For $5, I always find something I like in this box.Received a charcoal infused toothbrush and Hello toothpaste as well. What a happy surprise in yesterday’s mail!

Did anyone get charged $5 in the beginning of May but haven’t gotten anything yet? I’m so confused. This subscription is a bit disorganized.

I just got the spring box this week too so August/September is when I would have been “expecting” the next box anyway so I won’t really feel like their skipping anything.

Dry shampoo or Dry conditioner? I received the dry conditioner.

I canceled this box a few months ago. I was getting repeats and stuff I wouldn’t use. I know it’s just $5, but still.

How much of a revamp can it be if the price is the same? Maybe they’re saying “revamp” to mean “a more professional-behaving distributor than Brandshare”.

A relative received the Biore rose quartz face wash. It’s got menthol in it which can be really irritating to the face. I wish I had completely read the ingredient list before I tried the face wash. It went straight to the trash. My relative also received a set of fake nails. Also went straight to the trash.

My box hasn’t arrived yet. From the tracking numbers, it appears the box was sent to the P.O. on the 25th. I don’t have high hopes that it will be a good box, but, as others have mentioned, it’s only $5.00.

They should have done this 2 years ago, when they got so off track. Glad they are doing it though.

I got my box this week. Sadly no lip oil. I really like those too.

I was thinking the same thing! Skipping the summer box might give them a chance to catch up. I also got my spring box yesterday and I love the lip oil! Of course I got another dry shampoo to add to my growing collection, I can’t use it up fast enough!
