Made in china. Very small sizing. Terrible customer service. I had to get my bank involved ( and with over 200 various sub boxes received that was a first)

Wouldn’t recommend this sub, they say they’re “designed in France” but that’s really a clever trick to make you think it’s MADE in France. Really, it’s made in China, India, Vietnam, which I find super misleading. No wonder they keep having sale after sale on their high prices. You can get similar quality stuff for much cheaper on aliexpress and sure yeah it’s made in China but emma and chloe is too so why pay 10x the price?

I subbed for 3 months and I found their jewelry to be very nice looking but felt like plastic. It is not quality costume jewelry. I really liked the idea of getting a surprise on-trend piece each month, but Emma & Chloe jewelry is definitely overpriced for what you get.

I don’t recommend this sub. Terrible customer service. A couple years ago, they sent me the wrong piece on my very first box! They wouldn’t even process a replacement piece for me until I returned the incorrect piece to them & they received it at their warehouse.

Because of this experience, I wanted to cancel. I’m pretty sure that I did, but I didn’t take screenshots of it or anything (silly me!), and of course they put another 3-months sub charge on my card. I immediately contacted them to see if I could cancel for a refund, since they hadn’t even begun to send out the next month’s shipments. I got a “too bad, so sad” type email.
