im pissed I only got brushes. Highlighter and a serum

I only got 4 items in my Luxe box. Is that normal?

I got it actually! And the duel brush which was disappointing because I certainly didn’t need both. But I ALSO Got the 111skin masks. I see it says either or but I got both.

I’ve been with Boxy for about 4 yrs now. I have never had a box take this long to ship. It’s the 25th and I still dont have a shipping notification and it’s still showing in my acct that its waiting to ship. They have not responded to me in anyway, even though I’ve tried contacting them 3 different ways. I got my Premium box almost 2 weeks ago. My Luxe usually first.

I would like my box just to ship! Ugh. Still no shipping label or update.

I received the following:

Eloise eyeshadow palette…beautiful palette but not sure if the colors will work for me.

Tomato serum…my pick and I didn’t really want it. My choices were awful.

Milk overnight mask…my 2nd pick and I really wanted this

Some super ugly orange/brown lip gloss (straight in the give away or donate box).

Fenty highlighter in copper and orange….nope. I will try it as an eyeshadow.

Those dreaded 111 Skin sheet masks…NO

Some random hand soap…meh

And an even more random tumbler.

I guess it was my turn for bottom of the barrel stock. And what’s up with comparing Boxy to FFF? Two separate boxes. They both probably got a really good deal on some products.

Am I the only one who still hasn’t received the BoxyLuxe? I don’t even have a shipping number yet and I have been a subscriber for over a year. Thanks!

I’ve been subscribed since May 2018. My annual subscription just ran out. I cancelled Luxe because nothing interested me. Finally done with Boxy. No regrets yet.

I personally didn’t care for the items I received this month.
For starters boo to all the FabFitFun repeats.
Also boo to the two eyeshadow palettes which were all wrong for me. I’m super fair and these palettes look like they were formulated for African American complexions. If you go to the Eloise IG page it is 90% African models. I am all for supporting Black Businesses and Im glad to see items like this being offered but they certainly aren’t sending them to the right people. There should be makeup options for all races in these boxes.They are obviously not paying attention to our quizzes because the lip gloss I received was also super dark and in the same color family as my palettes. This would have been a good box for somebody else. I feel like I’m throwing away money because my intent isn’t to buy these boxes just to give away the product.

I think I might take a break from boxy for a while as I haven’t been impressed with the boxes for quite a while. I hung in there hoping they would improve but they haven’t. I actually enjoy the pop up sales, not so much the boxes.
I was disappointed with both Luxe and Premium this month. I was hoping I wouldn’t receive those crappy overpriced 111 skin masks – (yup I got them). I still have 2 unopened boxes from FFF that are probably expired by now. I just dont do sheet masks. Plus this brand is totally overrated. At least the version we get in sub boxes is inferior.
And another Ahava mineral hand cream (sigh) – FFF has been sending these out on and off for 3 years. I still have multiples from them.
Also received Frank Body Scrub which I received in my FFF fall box. This one was open and leaking.

Over all huge disappointment – maybe I can sell on ebay and recoup my money.

Mine were the first box shown as well and I’m also very excited. I missed the chance to pick any of my items this month so I wasn’t sure what I’d receive but I’m thrilled with my box! There’s alot I’m interested in trying. The only thing I’m giving away is the highlighter, that’s going to my 15 year old niece. Great box this month!!

I would love to have the Queen Pallet and the travel brush set, but I almost never get what I want. Honestly, I am not one that like surprises, all these different variations are not for me. I went with a box that everyone receives the same, just different shades of some things. I like that, I am never disappointed.

Just got my box and I’m really happy with it (variation 74. I didn’t know they went that high.) The only thing I wanted and didn’t get was the Eloise palette. Got the Hipdot one instead but my box was so full I don’t think the Eloise palette would have fit in its place.

– Keratherapy Deep Conditioning Masque (whatever. I have dry hair so might as well.)

All in all the things probably getting the most use will be the Brush set definitely, Fenty Highlighter as eyeshadow, and Osea followed a little by the Exfoliator and lip gloss. All in all, I’d say this month was worth it.

Did anyone else redeem Charms for the Rituals body wash and have their order canceled?

I noticed alot of FFF repeats in this box!

I don’t love my box I don’t hate it. I do however feel that it’s mostly influencers that get the best items. I really hate the amount of variation and the fact that they don’t even come close to making sure that boxes are even. I have a very similar box to variation 27 but I have a full additional item. They also clearly have way more subscribers than they can handle so they put out spoilers which a few select boxes get and then fill all the other boxes with old miscellaneous stock.

I love everything. Most excited about the Fenty & Queen Palette and the least for the lip gloss. Overall I am living this box!!

Mine was the exact bottom variation, and I’m pretty pleased with it. I got the queen palette in my premium box, so I’m happy with the zion palette. I got the highlighter in ginger binge/moscow mule, which works very nicely on my skin tone as an eyeshadow and/or blush, and I got a shade of the lip gloss that works well with my skin tone, too. I already had a bottle of the hand/body wash from another box, but I’m almost out of it, and while it’s not exciting, one can never have enough hand wash in this pandemic, so it’s fine. I actually like those rose gold masks (I’d never buy them, and I think they’re way overpriced, but I do enjoy them), so I’m not mad about those, and the hand cream will definitely get used at some point this fall/winter. Overall, not a super exciting luxe box, but everything will get some use (I’m wearing the highlighter and lip gloss as I type this!).

Glad I removed myself from the waitlist, while the value is there, the products are not calling my name. Went with Premium and base this month and much happier with the selections I got.

The only item I did not like in mine was the highlighter, it is too dark. Will see if it works as a bronzer or shadow.

Hoping for one of the boxes with that brush set. I rarely get the thing I would most like from BoxyCharm though

Where’s the Alamar palette? Which box does that come in?

I cancelled my Premium box a couple months ago and have only kept the base box and luxe. I’ve been contemplating cancelling altogether and just keeping FFF and Ipsy. The only items I’d really want out of this box are the Pur container w/brushes and the 111Skin face masks and unfortunately I’ll only receive one or the other. The rest of the items I won’t use. It’s been a waste, especially since they NEVER pick items for me based on my quiz and I do that quiz at least once a year. Lastly, I haven’t been able to actually CHOOSE a product that I want for the last couple boxes because for whatever reason, I never receive their emails on dates to choose or pop up /addons. I emailed them about it and all they said was “add us to your address book or check spam” and I’ve done both and still nothing. Their customer service has dwindled down along with their boxes.

This is my first boy luxe and I’m Beyond excited❤️❤️❤️ So glad I finally got it. I’ve been getting the base box since 2016 and never wanted to change to luxe and missed out on the base. This time my sister is getting the base so I felt it’s ok to try the luxe. How are they turning profit lol
