Goddess Garden Day Undone Softening Night Serum, 1 fl oz – Retail Value $19.99
First, this serum smells SO good! It's floral and lavendery and just very naturally scented. That lavender essential oil is farther down on the ingredients list, but if you are EO sensitive, test this one out first. I actually think this oil has so many really nourishing things inside, like sunflower seed oil, squalane, jojoba oil, mango seed butter, and even more that are all a dream for dry and parched skin. My one hesitation is that the second ingredient is coconut oil, which is definitely more comedogenic than I like for my face. Comedogenic is just a big word for an ingredient's likelihood to clog pores. If you have oilier skin or you are prone to blackheads, this might be a better choice for your body rather than your face. I actually loved this on my legs! Before 2020, I was not someone who generally suffered from frequent breakouts, but this year has been chaos for my skin and now I am a little warier of comedogenic ingredients. if you have been using a coconut oil formula on your face for a while, I would dive into this delightful oil. If it's new to your face, proceed with caution until you see how your skin reacts!
Verdict: MightyBody sent a really lovely face oil that I will be using on my legs and elbows more than my face. I just don't trust these pores these days! It smells so wonderful that I will find a way to use it regardless!
