Girlll!…You have NO idea! (Or unfortunately, you DO actually have an idea😞…)
I know this is gonna end up being looong, but read the similar BS I’ve also been through!…
I’ve been a member for just about the same time as you & also get all 3 levels of boxes (Wait a sec…ARE YOU ME?..AM I YOU?🙀🤯😂), & I INSANELY SPENT NEARLY $700 (& NO, that # is sadly NOT a typo!) on ummm…I think that was MAY’S Pop-up, & received soooo many busted & expired products! Not to mention, I had quite a few missing products!🤨🤬
Then there were a few boxes (including a Luxe or 2!🤔 THAT EVEN NEVER SHOWED UP…& oh yeah, they finally responded about them!…w/that particular issue, I get their BS automated response TELLING ME TO CHECK IF A F*CKING NEIGHBOR HAD MY BOX! w/no follow-up, & Then nothing when I wrote back telling them how I don’t even have neighbors! (Which I basically don’t…there’s just ONE other house on my block) @BOXYCHARM REALLY HAS SOME BALLS, HUH?!? I’ve never heard of such a thing! & Esp not with a comp of their size!
I emailed them numerous times, & also sent DM’s & commented on their posts (on MULTIPLE social media platforms) ONLY to *MAYBE* get the same BS, generic, automated response, & then just crickets after that crap!
Never in my life have I spent SO much $$$, & had SUCH awful CS experiences!
& My dumb ass spends HUNDREDS of dollars each & every month just on my boxes w/them!…many of which, have busted/missing products, & at least 1/2 of the time I don’t my choice items!🤬
I came to the conclusion a while back, that they count on us giving up (&/or forgetting after so long!) on getting help from them, so they make out! Bc I DID give up on quite a few problems after wasting my time on contacting them SO many times, and never getting a response (after like a freakin’ YEAR+!!!).
Oh, & I’m stuck with like $300+ in charms on my main acct.
It’’s all so very SAD/FRUSTRATING/INFURIATING!…Especially when we’re LOYAL, LONG-TERM SUBSCRIBERS/CUSTOMERS!!!
My friend tho, like never has a prob w/their CS when she writes, & I’m always SHOCKED about it! Not only does she get a timely response, but she also gets the products she contacts them about!
I feel like she prob thinks I’m lying about all the issues I have, & then never getting any kind of response/help from them.
Wtf are we to do?!? (Except put them on blast w/our DISGUSTING experiences on all of their social media, for potential subscribers & all to see how f*cked up they are!)
I’D LIKE TO CANCEL BC OF ALL THIS ABSURD, UNFORGIVABLE BS…BUT THEN THE DREADED STRUGGLE OF “FOMO” KICKS IN, & STOPS ME FROM DOING SO!🤦🏻♀️😬😩
