I wonder why Causebox is listing the value of the bowls as $36 when they’re for sale on the P&V website for $49. Am I missing something here?

I am so frustrated. I ordered this box and was going to add the coupon code but it automatically went through with order. I use paypal with Causebox so don’t have to enter billing info., so I think this is the problem. I contacted them and hope they can take off the 20%.

You and me are in the same boat. Another member told me yesterday that the coupon section is supposed to be at the billing step, so I went through with my purchase and entered my CC info and poof! I was done, no section for any promo code. 🙁

I signed up yesterday and was able to use the code (the one that’s posted here didn’t work for me, but “sum20” took 20% off). There is a box on the billing page that says “Coupon Code.”

Has anyone gotten their market order yet? Mine still says awaiting shipment although on the site it says fall boxes are starting to ship. Is this normal for causebox? To start shipping the fall boxes before all the market orders have been shipped?

Does the code work for unsubscribed member? If yes, at which step do you enter the code? I have bought previously but no longer a subscriber, I just to subscribe for this welcome box but do not see a box to enter the promo code?

It’s not a code. It’s a link to get to the subscription page and then you will get the microderm. You have to pay full price for either the quarterly or annual. You have to be a new member.

Hi, I wrote customer service and they gave me instructions on ordering a quarterly box and then cancel it. Because I’m an annual member they are allowing me to customize this “ one off” box I purchased.

Hey had anyone had a friend use your PMD Microderm referral link? Did you or them get an email or any kind of notification that you’d be receiving the Microderm when the used it? I’ve not gotten anything after my friend used the link.

This happened to me too! Did you get it resolved? I didn’t get an email and my account says 0 referrals. It’s been over a week…

I got an email saying someone used my code and we’d each get the PMD. There should be a tracker in your acct somewhere too but I looked before my friend signed up so it was blank then.

The bags are plastic. What about the bowls? Are they ceramic or melamine?

The bowls are ceramic and amazing! I got them in the summer box. The are really good sizes. I use them everyday to make/serve my lunch. The large holds a nice size salad. I put in a can of garbanzo beans, 2 cups of chopped cucumber/tomato, feta cheese and greek dressing. The middle is great for cereal or soup. The smaller for ice cream or dessert.

(Sometimes I wish that the reviewers put would a coin or soda can or pencil next to the item they’re photographing, so I can get an idea of the size…)

Yes! I just singed up with and annual subcription, and you are able to choose beteween the bowls or the tote. Also you can choose the color for the PMD and the tote.

@Serena – if you didn’t sign up for the annual membership you’re not able to customize. Customization is only for annual members (I believe).

The OSEA cleanser contains algae as the second ingredient which is comedogenic.

I liked mine at first but either it or the Osea cleanser I was using was giving me really bad cystic acne and I’m afraid to go back to either now. That’s good to know then, I’ll probably splurge on the box though since I skipped fall.
