I have to agree with the other sentiments here. The bags (not box) are thrown together, nothing matches and nothing fits. Looks great when you see nicely coordinated, matching outfits on a social media page though, eh?
All of the clothing looks and feels cheap, canceled after the very first box because I actually had to cut a shirt off of myself because the arms were smaller than the rest of the top and I could not lift it above my head once I got it on(no they didn’t charge me for it). Plus the fact that I have a traditional style and they sent nothing to match my preferences.
The only thing good I can say about this company is I actually CAN get a representative on the phone.

I miss Anna’s reviews. We need more plus size ladies reviewing things, and some older ladies too. I had this box for a while. It was less expensive than Stitch Fix, but the clothes & jewelry were not as nice. Didn’t recognize any of the brands, & sizing was not consistent. I kept a few items, but ended up canceling because most of what they sent felt like fast fashion that would fall apart after a few washes.

I don’t usually write reviews but this clothing subscription is the worst! The clothes are cheap and over priced. I am talking a shirt you would get at Walmart for $10 bucks and they want $25 or a Cami for $45!? Plus no matter how many times I told them my likes and dislikes I always got clothes that if they read my profile they would know better than to send (think hot pink leggings!) Better off going to stitch fix where you get nice clothes worth the money. NW just throws a bunch of clothes in a bag hopping something sticks. Also if you are a subscriber with kids, watch the jewelry a lot of it says made with nickel and lead, it’s also over priced. Like $7 pieces for $25. Hard pass on this one.

I got rip off from this company. I did a years subscription received some shipments and they stop.
I emailed the company and it was one excuse after excuse. and would not give me any money back so i paid for nothing. I don’t write many reviews but when i saw this i would hate to see others lose their money. I feel what this company did was so wrong. Read the reviews posted and the Better Business Bureau. i’m not the only one how been ripped off.

The lady that did the Nadine reviews no longer works for MSA. I liked her reviews and noticed she hadn’t reviewed anything in a while so I asked about her. Liz commented back that she no longer worked for MSA. Not sure why they didn’t have one of their other reviewers take over this one though.
