The 2020 fall box was the worst one so far. The products were cheap (those pillows cases feel like plastic and will not be touching my curly hair) and the star light lamp didn’t work. The clock, coasters and figurine are adorable but the mobile got tossed in the trash after I saw it was just cardboard and didn’t match the diagram. The sleep mask is cute but I probably will donate it and I haven’t washed or worn the hoodie yet. Not happy and I don’t know if I’ll renew my subscription after this.

MSA I’m curious to see your review on this box and if you had the issue with the lamp not working. Lack of customer service when all they respond with is a copy and paste reply. I value MSA’s opinion. Thanks

This box sucks. Everything is SO cheap. Projector wasn’t working when we got it. Had to play around and repair it. Sweatshirt after one washed the gold letting peeled off. Bad box

After a week, the gold came off both pillow cases, the wall decoration is so cheap and the diagram you’re supposed to follow has extra strings pictured that have nothing dangling from them, it hurt my head thinking about how to fix it, so I threw it away because I don’t need that much negativity in my life!

I got my box today.
I liked the clock. It has an audible tick. I also like the sleep mask. I have another one, but it’s stuck under the bed.
I’ve been sleeping on silk or satin pillowcases since my teens after my grandmother told me that was good for my hair.
The coasters are cork with a laminated picture. I don’t have a lot of use for coasters, but at least they’re there.
I couldn’t get the lamp to work, but it could be that one of the batteries was low.

It looks like coasters, a sleep mask, jar of some sort. Just watched a video unboxing and yikes this box looks bad. Like I wasn’t a fan of the last box, but at least it was on brand.

set of 4 coasters (haven’t opened this box since i don’t need more coasters, so not sure if these are plastic or cardboard)
analog alarm clock with zodiac signs: requires 1 AA battery, not included
plastic trinket jar with lid (i wish this was ceramic)
wall hanging – this is a dowel with strings and you attach shiny cardstock embellishments to it)
i am… ok about this box. i also like the actual box it came in, it’s a deep blue instead of the usual pusheen grey, so i’ll be keeping it to store stuff.

Can’t wait to receive my box, these look so good!
I usually share the box contents with my 3.5 year old daughter, she will be over the moon for the projection night lamp. I recently got a very similar lamp from Amazon which she loves and she is obsessed with Pusheen, so seeing it projected will make her very happy 🙂
