ShoeDazzle is a monthly clothing, accessories and shoe subscription service. You can shop their merchandise like normal retail, but they have a VIP subscription that gives you better prices – almost everything is only $39.95 (or less) for VIPs. When you sign up for a membership, you complete a style profile. On the 1st of every month, they release new styles and you can pick any item you want – either from your personal ‘Showroom’ or across the site. You can also skip the month. However, if you don’t pick or skip, you get charged $39.95 store credit to spend any time.
This model is similar to how JustFab, Fabletics, and AdoreMe work.

ShoeDazzle September 2020 Review
This month's ShoeDazzle did not include an invoice statement or coupons/samples. Onward with the review!
Weekend in Venice Satchel, in Orange Snake — Retail Value $64.95, VIP Price $39.95, 50% Off Sale Price $19.97
If you guys weren't aware I love the color orange. Hard to believe, right? I have been eyeballing this bag since I saw it earlier in the summer. I decided to scoop it up during the 50% off Labor Day sitewide sale – how could I resist? I wasn't expecting this bag to be such a bright, neon, orange shade, but I still love it. I would prefer this bag to have a zipper enclosure for more security, but I do appreciate the inside compartments and pockets. In addition, the clasp on the front is actually a bit difficult to open, so I am confident my contents will be safe especially if I keep the bag close to my body.
This satchel is able to be used as a hand or shoulder bag due to the removable strap. The strap is long enough that the purse can also function as a crossbody bag. The weather is still rather warm in my neck of the woods, so I opted to style the bag with my favorite RACHEL by Rachel Roy dress I reviewed for Dia & Co last August and retro black jelly flats. This piece will look fantastic during the fall styled with a black and white striped sweater, black skinny leg jeans, and booties for a Halloween accent. I envision this also looking great with dark rinse blue jeans, comfortable brown suede moccasins, and a burnt orange cowl neck sweater for a roasty, toasty, fall ensemble!
Tirsa Embellished Flat Mule, Size 10 — Retail Value $46.95, VIP Price $29.95, 50% Off Sale Price $14.97
Your girl loves a pointy toe shoe, so I was especially a sucker for these embellished mules. I sized up in these due to the pointy toe to ensure my wide feet aren't smooshed in at the end of the shoe. I speak from experience: I have a few similar style flat mules that I purchased on sale from Target years ago as well. The pointy toe styles I have range between 9.5 and 10, but this particular pair fits perfectly sized up for me. These shoes are effortlessly cool and look phenomenal with everything from a pair of skinny leg jeans, old band t-shirt, and a faux leather biker jacket to a pair of cigarette trouser pants and sweater for the office!
I wanted to showcase these beauties styled two different ways. The first look is styled with an Adyson Parker pullover (from my upcoming Stitch Fix review!), black leggings, and Kalika cat eyes from Wherelight. My photographer (aka my dad) said I resembled Velma from Scooby-Doo in this outfit. I ain't mad about it-- I might even try to go solve some mysteries with a talking dog! Sounds like time well spent! Mystery Machine daydreams aside, this outfit is perfect to wear for running errands or to a family dinner alike!
I also love these comfortable, yet chic mules styled with a Nine Britton bodysuit (also from my upcoming Stitch Fix review!) and my favorite wide-leg leopard print pants from Torrid. The studding and buckle details on these mules just give it an edgy vibe that pairs wonderfully with the mesh panel bodysuit and leopard print pants. I am an adult rock'n'roller in this outfit! This is something I would wear (both pre & post-pandemic) to see a band play at a dive bar on a Saturday night or to grab drinks and a bite to eat with my girlfriends!
Overall, the shoes are fairly well made (especially for the price) and rather easy to wear. They are perfect in length; I didn't experience any issues with them sliding off as I walked. They weren't tight on my wide feet either, which is a constant concern of mine – especially across my foot due to my high instep. I give these beauties two thumbs up for being aesthetically pleasing and for fitting so well!
Verdict: This month's ShoeDazzle had some stellar pieces, I must say. I opted against attempting to find some plus size clothing items this month in favor of accessories. Those mules were too perfect to pass up, especially on sale!
My gripe remains the same regarding their limited plus-size section, but this month I will cut ShoeDazzle a smidgen of slack. I gave them enough guff about that matter the last three reviews I wrote up on their service. Though they need to improve upon their plus size clothing section, they truly do dazzle with their accessory pieces and shoes. Their VIP program also offers a fantastic points program and frequent sales that can't be missed!
ShoeDazzle's September choices were awesome, so let's cross our fingers that October brings in some brilliant pieces as well! Are you as eager as me to see what's in store for next month?
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Both the shoes and handbag are currently available on the site. At this time, the only size sold out for the mules is size 12.
Value Breakdown: The Tirsa Mules came up to $14.97 and the Weekend in Venice purse totaled to $19.97 after discounts. The two pieces come up to $38.94 before shipping and handling. Before any promotions and discounts, these items retail for $111.90. That means I saved $72.96; that is roughly a savings of 65%! That is an unreal saving!
