this is a bit infuriating, as I have yet to receive my AUGUST Lifestyle box (no, that is not a typo). They sent me shipping info in mid-September, but apparently it still hasn’t been picked up by UPS or whatever. I contacted them about it, they assured me it would be going out by October 2, but nope! A follow-up email has not been answered. They sent me another shipping notice a few days ago, this time via USPS, but no idea if that’s the August box being rerouted or the September box going out.

I love their stuff, but skipped for October. Will see if they sort out their shipping issues…And note: These issues were going on long before Covid. I’m very forgiving of delayed shipping from that, but this seems to be repeated vendor and supply problems (like, “We’ve send out most of the boxes but are a bit short on an item, so some of you wont’ get them for a another couple weeks”). So, just…be aware of these issues if you subscribe.

Thank you Jill. I was considering subscribing but I don’t have the patience for Customer Service like what you are experiencing. I had the worse time with GlossyBox a while back. Since that experience, before I subscribe I look into these companies. Fool me once…

Update that I contacted them again today. I received a box in the mail and figured it was my August box–nope, September! They wrote back to me quickly and said my August box must have been one where the cleaner inside damaged it on the way to UPS. So they’re refunding me, plus putting 1500 points in my account, which I can use to buy things in their seasonal sales. So they’re making up for it, but the lack of communication still bothers me… It made me feel less excited about the September box I just got, even though the contents are perfectly fine.

Is the coupon listed here? Somehow I’m missing it…

I highly recommend anything I’ve tried from Evolue, or Lue. I have not tried this oil, but I have tried several other products from other sub boxes, and they were all great. I loved the balancing serum so much that I googled their site and bought three. They included two free gifts, a spot treatment and a hand sanitizer, and shipping was free at $40. Prices are reasonable and the stuff is terrific.

I tried this oil in ipsy. It was alright, texture was like a thin lotion, smelled like plain boiled pasta. But others said theirs smelled expired. Maybe it was just Ipsy’s bad batch

I received that oil in a different box and really like it.

I need to replace my Micro Derm Facial Roller so this box is already a win for me. That super oil looks interesting as well. I have started “shopping” the spoilers!

A face oil and a roller. Boy, are they late to the beauty box party. Easy pass.
