Month-to-month subscribers:
If you’re actively subscribed on a monthly billing plan and want to use one of the Cyber Monday bonus gift codes, you have to add a second subscription to your account and you will receive 2 December boxes (yay! One to gift!). To prevent yourself from receiving 2 boxes each month moving forward, you’ll need to login to your account and cancel one of your subscriptions. If you don’t cancel your second subscription, you’ll pay for and receive two boxes per month until one or both of your monthly billing subscriptions are cancelled. We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges on duplicate boxes so please be sure to login to your account and update your subscription immediately after using a Black Friday or Cyber Monday bonus gift code.Prepaid / gift subscribers:
If you’ve already prepaid for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription that hasn’t been fully fulfilled, this promotion is not a good fit for you. We don’t have the technology in place to extend existing prepay subscription plans. If you ignore this advice and sign up, you’ll get duplicate boxes during the time your prepaid subscriptions overlap and these boxes will not be eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
