Ipsy Glam Bag December 2020 Choice Time!

What is Going on w/This Site. I have been Trying to Log in All Day & I Can’t get through to Pick Out My Choices. I Kept getting a White Screen Most of the Time then I got a Message Saying this Site Failed & to Retry, Well I have Been Trying All Day & Night. Has this Web Site Crashed. ? What is Going On. ?

I am absolutely in love with this months bag!!! Omg the bag alone is worth it for me! It’s, by far, my favorite bag I’ve received from Ipsy. Can’t wait to get it!

I think I’m in the minority here, but I was happy with these choices!

I went w/ the Benefit brow pencil, I usually get the Nyx tiny pencil (the dupe for ABH brow wiz) or one by J Cat/whatever is cheapest…But I’m so excited to have a ‘fancy’ pencil! It’s $32 at Sephora, so that alone makes this bag a good deal for me ☺️

I was torn between that and the SR (I’m such a sucker for retinol/skincare) but luckily(🤷‍♀️$ my pencil stopped clicking and ran out just yesterday, so my choice was made for me!

I feel like there weren’t as many options as usual, but then I also have a tendency to confuse “product pick” with “product add ons” in my head, so maybe this is the usual number. I ultimately went with the powder brush. I actually forgot that I had intended to skip (that bag is atrocious) but I really like big fluffy powder brushes, and that ombre is cool, and I want to see what the add ons will be.

Flash sale was good, though. My sister likes that Murad cleanser, so I snagged one of those; I like both the ciate/kat von d setting powders, so I snagged that even though the ciate is teeny tiny; and I got the Hanalei/Purlisse lip duo because I like both of those products, too.

I picked the Goldfaden MD because I’ve recently fallen in love with their products, but I wouldn’t have been happy with the other choices if I didn’t.

The only thing worth getting is the SR, which is not an option for me. The only options I have are brushes (I have a million), curl cream (I have straight hair), brow pencils (I’m a redhead and they only have blonde and brunette), and a foundation that is not my shade. Ipsy has really gone downhill this year. I’ve skipped more bags than I’ve gotten.

I totally forgot choice was today, but it looks like I didn’t miss much (the Sunday Riley and Artist Couture were out of stock, but I probably wasn’t going to choose them anyway).

Went with the foundation. The 4.5 shade is almost certainly too dark for me, but that’s okay since the point is to try it out. I need a new base and this one has good reviews, plus I like Illamasqua products.

My annual is running out and I plan to take a break. I let Ipsy pick for me this time cuz I wasn’t very excited about any of the choices, colors being wrong for me, not needing any more masks or brushes. I did pick up a couple $5 duos of nail polish and lip treatments. I wanted Dec to be big as I bow out but just not feeling it right now.

Choose doesn’t have much choose. Bag is cute but I can’t use it for makeup. It would be a Fluffy hot mess.

I thought these choices were pretty good. I picked the foundation because I am running low and want to try other brands. Also looking forward to that cute fluffy bag.

For the first time ever , I was really at a loss trying to choose a product. I finally decided to try the benefit eye brows product in light brown. I have reddish, light hair, and trying to find a brow product that looks natural is virtually impossible for me. I really hope that I can make this work, but it does say warm light brown. My complexion is fair, with cool undertones. Do yo think this could possibly work, or not a chance? Did I make a mistake? Thanks so much for any help/advice.

This is around my 5th month as a member. I was only given choices between the Retinoid Cream (don’t need it), mascara (have so many stockpiled), brow pencil in two shades (my brows are microbladed), three brushes (they’ve sent me brushes in every single past bag), and masks (I just stocked up on that brand at Marshall’s for gifts). I was hoping that the bag would feel more festive with the holidays, but it doesn’t, SO i am skipping December.

Hi, this is only my second month of any kind of subscripition box. I chose the larger makeup brush because it looks nice, and I only have 2-3 brushes right now. I like the fluffy bag too.

I chose the foundation and hope it is the right color…. I wish Ipsy has an option within the option to pick the right shade for each subscriber…. this month for example, for the brow pencil and foundation, we should be able to pick from several options. Especially some people tan during the summer and go back to normal tone during winter….

I wasn’t wow’d by anything so I let Ipsy pick for me and hope that it makes the rest of the bag be better. My first time to see if that trick works.

Not great choices this month, but I went with the Sunday Riley Retinoid Cream since I prefer skincare over makeup.

I decided to go with the Beau Gachis powder brush. Love the bag, as well. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

The bag this month looks cute and fuzzy like pretend sheepskin for winter. Agree not great choices but I did select the Goldfadden Mask. On another note; I got the Complex Culture lippie in GBP and its amazing. I’m shocked the way it feels and works no nasty taste and really lasted and left my lips soft and supple. A total hit which shocked me!! Love the CC brushes and expected to hate CC Ipsy make up. This lippie knocked it outta the park friends.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Its such a sucky year overall with Covid. But if we akl reflect on what matters and we’re alive we are all extremely fortunate considering the alternative. Peace and love to you all!!

I wish they would go back to single items in the shop. There is very rarely pairs of thing I want and can’t see paying $5 for a single sample product.

I got the mask set but only because I can use them as Christmas gifts! (Hopefully it comes before Christmas!)

I decided to let them choose this month. The Christmas Sheet Masks are fun and I hope they show up in my bag or are in Add Ons. I was a skincare/haircare/bodycare heavy bag due to currently not going many places to wear makeup. With choosing I still keep getting more makeup. So hopefully they will follow my profile better this month🤞

I went with the contour brush.

Normally I wouldn’t support ipsy-exclusive type items but they’re usually good about brushes and that’s a shape I don’t have plus a cute af handle so it’s worth a shot for me!

Bought a few things from the flash sale, which I never do but the cleansers and foundation options (in hopefully closer to my shade during winter) were super tempting.

Got the brow pencil in the darker shade as it was neutral rather than warm, which for me makes the bag price worth it for me this month.

Disappointing choices this month for me – 4 were automatically out for me for wrong color/shade, and one bc I have the world’s straightest hair and no need for hair products for curly hair. Fingers crossed the rest of the bag is a better mix.

I chose the Sunday Riley Serum. I hate making these decisions. Lol

At least the bag isn’t brown this month – yay.
