I just renewed for another annual subscription and am sooo excited! However… this site says it’ll be a mystery bundle and the Kevia renewal site shows an image that says MSA Renewal Bundle and shows items I just received in the last box and items I’m about to receive in the Fall Editors box – I’m REALLY hoping this isn’t true!

I just tried to use the code to sign up for an annual subscription and it wouldn’t accept the code. It said I didn’t meet the minimum requirements. But I added an annual subscription, so I’m not sure what’s happening.

Journeebox CS, can i get some help please 🙂 I received the email about today’s deal and being able to renew my annual subscription with MSA better than Friday deal.

How can I do these, without having 2 subs? Can’t find anywhere in the site about renewing.

I already have a quarterly and I tried to upgrade to an annual subscription to get the bundle…It was going to charge me $433. That seemed weird. It should have been $199. And there doesn’t seem to be an option to upgrade. They’re a small company and I don’t think the shopify app lets them do much, but if there is a way to upgrade and get the bundle, please let us know!

I got mine a long time ago – in fact, they accidentally sent me a second box, too, and I saw in the comments of the review post that the same thing happened to other people. So obviously they ran into some snafus with the fall box shipping… You should definitely contact them to see what’s going on!
