I loved the idea but I was really disappointed with the service. The first few weeks were either great or had a few minor issues (missing items, I’d reach out then they’d refund it, but then I’d have to go to the store to get the item I’d planned recipes around).

Then one of my boxes came with the gel pack leaking over everything. They gave me a 30% coupon for my next order. My next box never showed up. I had to reach out to them for them to tell me it never shipped and then have them process a refund. I cancelled the subscription.
