Prima The Afterglow Deep Moisture Cream, 1.7 fl oz - Retail Value $96.00
First, this packaging is so pretty! I love the beautiful glass tub with its delightfully curved bottom. It has a nice weight too. Inside is a pale yellow cream that smells earthy and like CBD oil. If you take CBD as a supplement you know this scent. With 500 mg of broad-spectrum CBD inside, it is no wonder you can smell it a little bit! I actually quite like the scent and find it is really natural and almost woody within this formula. Speaking of CBD, as someone with skin that is prone to redness, I can't get enough of the stuff. It really helps calm my redness and soothe my skin. I expect I will only value these CBD formulas more and more with cold winter winds on their way.
Though the CBD is the star of this formula, there are so many other really great ingredients inside, especially if you have dry or aging skin. One scan through the ingredient list shows FOUR different types of hyaluronic acid (great for hydration!), shea butter, vitamin E, sunflower and sesame oils, and even a probiotic (lactobacillus ferment)! Also worth mentioning for my alcohol avoidant friends is that the alcohol in this list (behenyl alcohol) is one of those non-drying fatty alcohols that serves as an emulsifier and stabilizer. So don't be scared of this one!
The texture here is quite nice too! It is a thicker cream but it feels almost whipped and absorbs really well. If you have dry skin, this could serve as both a day or night cream. If you are on the oilier side, consider this for your last step before bed. I was impressed with how soft my skin felt, and I loved how this stuff helped even out redness and gave my skin a healthy radiance.

Prima Enlightenment Serum, 0.35 fl oz - Retail Value $18.00
This serum arrives in another really beautifully designed bottle with a cool pump style dropper that allows you to dispense just the right amount of this serum per use. This is another formula that is super high in CBD (100 mg!) so it mimics the properties of the cream but in a lighter form and with added niacinamide and saccharides to make sure your skin stays hydrated. I was also happy to see a lot of antioxidants inside as well as soothing ferments. You can use this solo or add a few drops to your fave serum for a custom blend! It has the same CBD + woodsy scent of the cream. It feels really lovely on my face and has a cooling effect as it is easily absorbed into my skin. I really like the smooth texture it leaves behind and the instant plumping and hydration it provides on its own.
Verdict: The Clean Beauty Box Limited Edition Enlighten Box has a total value of $114, which is really nice for a $68 box with this caliber of product inside. If you are into CBD skincare, this is a no brainer and a great "I'm worth it" sort of treat. I loved both of these products, but especially this amazing cream. It makes my face feel really soothed and calm, and texturally, incredible. I can't wait to get to the bottom of this pot over the winter. These products checked a lot of my skincare boxes: packaging, ingredients, and stellar performance. You can't go wrong with this special edition.
