During ‘add/on’ I noticed most of the good stuff are sold out first if you do not live on the West Coast. Once launched, the time difference is a few hours ahead of time before East Coasters receive a green light to shop! Boxy-charm Headquarters is located on the West Coast! They get a jump start! Now that sucks because that will never change!

Did Boxy move headquarters? They have been in Florida for years. Also, Stephie G is correct. The East Coast would have first access, if they go by the time zones. I know with Ipsy, Things are launched at the same time – you just need to know what time it is, for your time zone.

That doesn’t make sense. You don’t understand how time zones work. If anything, the East Coast gets first dibs.

My add ons from last month still havent shipped, and its been over a month since i placed the order. But of course they charged my card! Whats the deal boxycharm?

Same thing happened to me. My December box just got here today 1/5/21 and my two add ons are no where to be found. Haven’t even been shipped out yet. Wondering if I’ll even get them.

The worse part is they dont respond and they make it as hard as possible to contact them, I left instagram messages, I called there message service and emailed them and they dont even have the courtesy to give an answer. I canceled my subscription tion and I am going to file a complaint with the bbb if i dont get my money back or my item very soon!

I wish they would go back to letting people that have all 3 tiers or however they did it get add ons first….things sold out so quickly that by the time I checked out 4 things were sold out of my cart.

Getting to buy ONE ITEM (not a reseller ) that buys multiple to be greedy, it really makes the majority of boxes that suck a little bit easier since I can buy ONE item I wanted. I spend way too much money and get dried out eye pencils, brow products, eyeliners, (even got a lipstick with mold on it I sent photos of it in and boxycharm ingored me)
So by being to pick up ONE item here and there I would like kinda makes up for the stuff I throw away, or months I forget choice and keep 1 item and give away the rest (even in luxe, not been happy for 4 luxe boxes ) . I wish they would go back to that and just switch it to maybe 2 limit or HOUSE HOLD shipping address.

Agreed! I pay for all 3 boxes and when I finally got to access Pop Up, everything good was already sold out! Or they should limit how many products that you can buy.

Not a fan of Ofra, but everything else looks good. I wonder if I still have a chance to get the Laura Mercier stick in my box even though I chose the Fenty powder.
