BoxyLuxe December 2020 FULL Spoilers!

I’m so disappointed! This was my first luxe box and I already cancelled it. I was expecting so much more based on all the photos on their site. I got an eye shadow palette, brush set, moisturizer, and sponges for mani/pedis. My base box was amazing this month so I think I will continue to stick with the base box going forward!

This box is total nonsense. Hipdot is cheap eyeshadow, something most of us would never choose to buy. My children will enjoy it. Same goes for the face palette. The choices also sucked. I got online late to choose and ended up with the eye pencil set and the teeth whitener (that wont work.) My box will be here today and I am not even excited like I usually am for luxe. This is a misleading article as well. It claims to have the full spoilers but all of the products are not listed. I think we will get 1 or 2 filler items and I was hoping to see what those might be. A temple rub or cheap facial product is all I see so far. My my my how boxyluxe has fallen. I’m cancelling for awhile until they get it together again.

We can only wear so much eyeshadow and I am so over bronzer palettes. Hopefully, I will get the Sunday Riley. Then I’m cancelling for a bit. I used to get excited..now I am like it’s the middle of the month the box isn’t here NBD.

I have to agree. I am so tired of hoping and praying to receive worthy “Luxe” products instead of the off colors and random brands. I’d rather save my money and buy what I really want from now on. And with Ipsy buying Boxycharm it will only become worse I’m afraid as I’ve had worse experiences with them in the last 10-12 months. I’m going to go down to basic on BoxyCharm and rock bottom on Ipsy for now anyway.

I think this was the worst Luxe box ever. I received everything as pictured above except I did not get the temple rub or anything else in its place. The brush set is another cheap Luxie collection. The red bag was nice but it smelled like some weird paint thinner or gasoline. I don’t wear animals so I was glad it was vegan, but the odor!!! I have A LOT of vegan leather items but none that smelled like this. The Iconic palette is too orange and too dark for me. I agree that the Hipdot palette was cheap and didn’t swatch or blend well. I will try the Avante cream but I really wish companies would add SPF to their day creams. I like the Sunday Riley; this box is essentially paid for as SR purchase with gift. I didn’t get either of my choices. I got the cheap earrings and the glitter eyesticks (ARE YOU KIDDING ME????). Like some of you, I agree that the base bag is much better than Luxe. Hipdot over Huda? Seriously? BoxyLuxe, we are DONE.

I wanted to try the magnetic lashes. I’ve never used lashes so those would have been fun to try. The earring and teeth whitening – no thanks. This is my last luxe. The first luxe box had 11 products and then they kept dropping the quantity. And quality. Time to save my money

Once again the base box is better than the luxe box. I was really hoping that they were going to put those Glamnetic eyelashes in the luxe box 😢

You would think with the pandemic going on that they would try to ahhh all of us with some great products to make it worth keeping during these troubled times. yes the Sunday Riley product is amazing but everything else it’s not worth my $53 time to finally cut back n drop out

I’m so SO happy I cancelled Luxe the night before billing. I really wanted to see some more spoilers and due to some conflicting info from Boxycharm I wasn’t sure if I would get that Iconic palette after choosing the cheap teeth whitening thing. Well this box is a hard pass for me. I bought the Good Genes in the popup and the only other thing I would want in this box is the Iconic palette. Glad I saved my money.

I feel like I see a trend I don’t like…all the good quality eyeshadow palettes seem to be only in the base box. 🤷‍♀️

Hipdot and the others are junk! I’m over all tiers of Boxycharm until Premium and Luxe start getting the better quality eyeshadow palettes.

I think I have 4 or 5 new palettes ever since I joined and every single one of them is junk.

Humm… again the base box looks better. Huda eyeshadow, mac lipstick…. at least the luxe box include the good genes treatment, and a pretty brush set.
