The year of 2021 I moved from GA to FL. I lost the capability to use my email. So I wrote IPSY ( which I love) and emailed them. They took out the amount monthly. But I never received a reply or products until January of the next year. Then I was told they could only send me products for the past 45 days. Which is ridiculous! You can NOT REACH ANYONE BY PHONE, NOR DO THEY CALL YOU IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. I AM SO MAD I PAID MONTHLY SND THEY NEVER MALE GOOD ON ANYTHING. SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY. IT TOUGH LUCK! SO I CAN NOT SAY MUCH FOR THE COMPANY OR MANAGEMENT. THAT PART SUCKS! THE PRODUCTS ATE GREAT, IF YOU GET THEM TO MAKE GOOD ON YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I have a subscription for several years. The amount of my subscription is taken out of my checking account But have not received any products. Please correct this matter.

Hi Shirley, I don’t think this matter can be rectified by MSA, you would probably need to contact Ipsy customer service directly.

Never received my November bag and they kept saying it’s coming ( shipped on nineth) you have to wait 15 days before they will even acknowledge it might be lost. Finally they say they will ship a substitute bag (probably junk) but they won’t ship until 10 to 15 days from now. And they do not give refunds if your bag is lost. Worst customer service ever.

This month was absolute crap. At this point I feel like the items in my December bag were like something you would find in a cheap Christmas set or get in a white elephant swap. I can do way better at Target or a drug store with the money. One item was a lip balm. I have been annoyed but now I and done with Ipsy.

I also received the same bag as shown above, only I’m receiving the Artist Couture powder in Nebula, the purple color. Which I’ll never use. The Veriphy eye cream was my item of choice.
I’d feel better about it had it not received the Veriphy eye cream as one of the two items Ipsy selected for my GBP. I suppose I can look forward to yet another offer of points to placate me. Ugh

Exactly the same as my bag too. I chose the Verify Eye Cream as my pick but also got the Tula cleanser in my Ultimate bag…I am happy with that because I was struggling between the two at choice time and got both!
