This is my third box and this is the most disappointing one yet. I mean, a white headband? Really? Pass the dry shampoo please.

I had received a headband before from Beautyfix and I use it everyday when washing and doing treatments on my face so I actually like this one. And I’m always good with spa quality masks, so this is a good box for me. Plus the mask itself is twice the cost of the box.

Seriously – a headband is their first spoiler? Did they run out of dry shampoo?

I like dry shampoo! Especially Amika.

Shipments can seem rabid as they cross cross the us on their way to you. But the reason is that postal carriers often use a hub and spoke system like airlines do. So they figure the most efficient way to transport the packages to you. Subscription boxes usually snooze the cheapest shipping option to keep costs low, so it’s one of the trade offs to save money and pass it on to us. But the craziness more prominent now I believe because of the staff and logistics challenges due to Covid.

And then there’s DHL and Ipsy. At some point, the package reaches Atlanta and then the process breaks down. DHL swears that they handed it over to USPS and USPS swears that they didn’t. Somewhere in Atlanta there must be a wormhole that pink packages fall through. Again and again. Someone on Bajor could open a cosmetics shop.

Sarah is 100% right. We moved out of that crime cesspool 10 years ago and maybe drive in once a year (airport needs excluded).

Atlanta is also famous for bringing in suitcases and suitcases and more suitcases of fake ballots. Crime is out of control there. Not surprised.

Oh my goodness. Is this a Star Trek reference?! I love it!

Hey everyone… I fell in love with the Skinceuticals sample of Phyto in the September box (yes I am that far back in product use!) … I just tried to buy full size on Dermstore but the Chat lady couldn’t tell me where to find the stored account information because they are working remote. I don’t remember if I have a stored card and I want to use my bank card anyway. Can anyone help ? I don’t know why I can’t find it, maybe I am overlooking but did check under account… I will check back here and look again in the morning. If not, I will purchase from brand site though would rather give Demstore the biz! Thanks in advance.

Like others are saying, I think I might be cancelling too after being subscribed for nearly two years. 🙁

I didn’t bite over the Fall 2020 boxes, which are usually the best (like November 2019). I only sub to Facetory Lux Plus quarterly now and the occasional Laurel & Reed box only. I’m somewhat bummed out to see this happening to BeautyFix, but I love that there is so much variety out there now. I just happen to be hooked on the full-sized only boxes now. But maybe if I’m curious about some products again, I might be hooked on a one-time purchase again.

Facetory Lux plus is amazing!! Their sales are great too. I picked up some holy grail items for less than 5.00 each.

Same! I just got some stuff at an amazing price. Buyer beware though, deeply discounted items seem to be near their expiration dates from my experience.

They ship so crazy now….I truly don’t understand why it goes where it does….but anyway….tired of getting my box at the very end of the month!

I always get my BF box at the end of the 1st week every month usually a Friday. Maybe I’m lucky & live close to where they ship out. I’m tired of them not releasing full spoilers till after the box is live!

Beauty Fix has the absolute best customer service but I cancelled because of the crazy shipping… they ship promptly.. it would quickly get to “partner facility” which was 45 miles from it’s destination, it would sit for 5-9 days… then it would finally find it’s way to local PO and then sit there again for several days before finally making it to my box…

Exactly!!! I don’t get why it has to ship near my state and then back out Midwest and then back near me….and then sit somewhere…and then off to somewhere else. It didn’t used to be so bad and I would get my box mid month. I realize we are in a pandemic…..but when I follow tracking….I could have just picked it up myself….a lot quicker!!!

Ive been with Beautyfix over 5 years. I think this will be my last box.

I used to have sub. It used tobe my favorite. Glad I didn’t bite over fall/winter boxes. I’ll never one-off again because of shipping. I would rather grab a Nourish or Boxwalla.

Seriously a headband as a “full size” item 😂 maybe the mask is worth it, guess we’ll see what the rest looks like. So far not too excited

I’m not going to lie, I have some spa headbands and really enjoy using them when I do my skincare.
But I got four for $12 on Amazon. It’s a little silly to market this as a full size item. I guess it’s not half a headband?

I’m a bit surprised they are leading with a headband as a spoiler. IMHO that doesn’t bode well for the box. As another commenter mentioned, I too have so far retained my sub to avoid the shipping cost associated with resubbing, but I think it’s time to let this go and just eat the $5 or whatever shipping if a good box comes along.

They really need to stop putting in these headbands, lets hope the rest of the box is good.

Ok, I held on to this sub for as long as I could so to avoid shipping for the first box if renewing. But enough is enough. Canceling. If there is a box I like, I will pay shipping. Above spoilers don’t interest me at all.

Definitely can skip the sweat band 😂
