I’m new to boxycharm (joined on 2-1-21) and was wondering how long does it take for them to send you your tracking number to your email? Also, I am on the waiting list for premium because I heard premium is better. Anyone??

1. First You need to approved from waiting list before u can start counting your days.
2. Then 5-10 Bussiness_ days after_ your payment is processed. (To get your tracking number in your email)
3. Then Another 2-3 business days for updates to appear on your tracking number (see package location)
3. With your first month on waiting list I’d say give boxy until mid March for you to get ur box. Max end of March.

Might want to read the title again. This is the Luxe spoiler page not the premium. It hasn’t been changed either because I commented on this two weeks ago and I only have the regular box and Luxe but not premium.

This is disappointing for me. Whenever I see foundation and powders on any of the sub box sites they are always in ‘sand’, ‘bronze’, ‘nude’. I wear light, classic ivory, ect depending on brand. I’m not porcelain white but I am on the light/paler side.
My first lux was December and even though I didn’t love every single item overall I liked what I got. My January box was okay but not great. Depending on how February and March go I might cancel.
I liked the popup store but they didn’t send a few of my items and kept telling customers that they would ship through the end of December. I contacted them within 14 days after December and they told me the items showed delivered on their side. I never received anything saying that they were delivered and it didn’t show they were delivered on my ‘my items’ tab on their website. They apparently expected me to magically know they had them listed as delivered. They ended up saying they’d refund me since the items are no longer available. It makes me wary of shopping their popup again too.

I was afraid of the same thing last year when they had the Fenty Pro Filt’r in the Premium box, but they had the perfect shade (didnt know it oxidized and picked the #120 instead of the #100, but thats my fault for not double checking). Totally feel you on the January base box, but loved the Premium. They have been restructuring everything to reflect the tier pricing, so I’m expecting to see something along the lines of a really solid featured item in the Base followed by a lot of filler…… maybe 3 or 4 amazing Premium items with the rest being what we were used to seeing in the Base……. and totally expecting Luxe to have a major upgrade in terms of the lifestyle item (full size hair tool or an *electronic* skincare device, featured pallet (thinking a trending or buzzworthy brand), and skincare product (maybe an HG product or newest celeb fave).
I would honestly give this a bit of time in case there are some growing pains throughout the process, but am really expecting great things.

Im so excited to get Fenty Beauty foundation! They have an exact match for my skin. They make 2 formula’s matte or hydrating foundation. I don’t know how anyone dislikes this foundation. I got the setting powder coming in next month box. Now to get foundation makes for a completed complexion. Now I just need primer.

This foundation looked horrid on me. Very matte and flaky looking on my dry skin. I had such high hopes, but it wasn’t for me. My sister really loved it though.

I have combo skin and generally mattes dont work well for me either, especially now that I’m older. I hope I can pass on this one.

I was thinking it would be choice item, and there will be shades you can pick when you choose. If this is the case, you might want to do it asap so your shade does not sell out. I really wish I had Luxe, I would love to try this.

Does anyone know how this compares to the Estee Lauder double wear? (I like the Estee Lauder one.) Shade 105 of this looks good for me – how good is Boxy at matching the profile for foundation?

I got samples of the original when it first came out. I was not a fan. It felt heavy to me, like the KVD one. I also found it to oxidize, which the gal at Sephora mentioned too. I love EL DW, it’s my grail foundation. I’m oily/ combo acne prone in my late 30s.

For those commenting on a comparison to Estee Lauder Double wear-Nothing I have tried in 20 years compares to EL. I used Lucidity in HS and DW now.

I use the Fenty and the Estée Lauder. I really like them both. I’m glad they have this foundation in the box. It’s a great foundation I bought it about four times.

If you dont mind me asking, what is your skin type and age group? This helps me decide if I should give a foundation a shot.

I would assume it would be a choice item but Yosef did post on the FB group to go do the shade finder quiz in the fenty site but not sure how they would know what shades to pick for us so that would lead me to believe it’s so we know what shade to pick. But the light shades still looked to dark in the bottle for me lol.

If it helps, I’m the palest person I’ve ever seen (I have the freckles, reddish hair and blue eyes to match my pale skin lol). I use the lightest shade of this foundation. I like it a lot for my dry/combo skin. (I’m 27 if that helps anything.) the foundation in the bottle does look darker than my skin tone but it matches well once I apply it. Hope that helps!
