Tone deaf and ridiculously late responses to customer complaints. Products are undersized and poorly packed. Whoever is funding this venture needs to kiss their money goodbye and get out. From the outside it seems this business not only struggles to manage inventory and its supply chains but can’t even make responsible choices with its customer service and communication. Given the cost to acquire a customer this is a huge misjudgement on their part. People are understanding of challenges, especially in Covid, but to not reply to customers for weeks and then have those replies be insincere and off-the-mark is egregious. Pathetic.

I appreciate that MSA added the warning about shipping delays. I think it could be further elaborated that there are also extremely long customer service delays. There is no phone number, we have to use email and in my experience, it takes 7-10 days to get a response.

I’ve never had any problems with RZBOS. My fall box took longer in shipping but I’ve received a lot of their boxes. I really like that sub. It’s crazy that others have had a totally opposite experience. 😕
I would recommend staying away from this company. Their shipments have been delayed by months and months and they’re terrible about communicating delays with their customers (lots of false promises). I received my August, September, and October boxes in January, and I still have an add-on order I placed in October that I haven’t received yet. I know that many other people have had issues with wrong items/broken items recently as well.

Agreed!! I am slowly receiving orders, but it is dismal. I just started receiving my August, September, and October orders a couple weeks ago. Also, I have had items sent to me without all the pieces or broken. I feel like I am constantly emailing them, and it takes forever for them to respond. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I know people complain about some other companies, but honestly, I have never had these issues with anyone else. It is beyond. Do not buy from them. Or be very aware of the issues. It’s really bad.
