Sigh, got mine today and it was missing the Perricone item, which is of course what I was crossing my fingers for most. I kept giving them chances because I really thought this was a nice box but Im tired of being disappointed each month. Between missing items, replacements that aren’t even equal, and broken glass, Macy’s has dropped the ball and I’m done with it. I cancelled.

However, I’m still canceling. I love the promised items and I really hope they are able get things sorted but for now I’m ok to let it go. Maybe in a few months I’ll get back on the waitlist, it really is one of the better boxes when things go smoothly.

So can anyone give me an update as far as what’s going on with the Macy’s Beauty Box for february? I received an email saying it was going to be delayed however I never got charged for it and I never received any other type of correspondence from them other than regular sale pitches! would be nice if they would tell us what’s going on and rather than let us hang like that. I have a small unboxing YouTube channel and need to map out my filming schedule.

Thanks for responding I also got charged. I think it was on the 12th as well. I noticed the charge on the card actually just today. The reason I was asking is because when I went into my Macy’s account I saw that it had changed from February’s box to March’s box. Without any mention of February so.,.
Also, I know some of people were getting messages such as mine except their said that they would not be getting this month’s box whereas mine said mine would be delayed. So I was just curious. Tank youso much for responding. 🙏

I got the email saying mine would be delayed. I haven’t been charged for mine yet, has everyone been charged for February? Also my five dollar off coupon that I received in January is not working online and customer service is not able to help me at all I have called eight times and I’ve also emailed three times

My email said that my box would be delayed, but no I have not been charged yet. I called 10 times to customer service and emailed them probably five times about the coupon not working and unfortunately due to the language barrier I was told they did not know anything about it. I called earlier in the day and I was finally connected to the Texas call-center and got to speak with an English speaking representative, she was able to help me. There is a technical issue with the coupons not working, she said an email was sent to every representative at the beginning of February about the coupons not working. They are trying to correct the problem but are not sure if they will be able to and if they’re not if another five dollar coupon will be issued. She stated that I had reached the overseas call Center when I was calling in and when I emailed them. She stated that the overseas representatives have a lot of complaints because they do not read their emails and they give customers inaccurate information. If you want an update on the coupon or the box I would call early in the day so you can reach the United States call centers. My email said I would receive my box but it would be delayed, I have not been charged yet, and my coupon is not working still.

I received an email today too from Macy’s stating my box will be delayed for February, so I am still getting it, it will just be delayed like the January box was…..I do not know why some people are not getting the box, I do not think that is fair, I also wonder how they determine who gets the box and who does not.

From what I gathered from customer service those that are receiving the box are the customers that have been signed up the longest. However I do not know if this is true. I have been with Macy’s beauty box since they started it and my email said that my box would be delayed but I have not been charged for it yet. My friend who just signed up a few months ago received an email saying she would not get the box at all. Therefore I am thinking there is some truth to seniority being a factor and who receives the box and who don’t.

I missed the very first Macy’s bag, but have been subbed ever since. I got an email that mine would be delayed too. I’m waiting to be charged as well. Macy’s has been struggling this year, so I’m just patiently waiting.

I got one of those emails and my box came anyway a couple months ago. I get an email every month telling me it will be delayed or they have a swap product in same line for a ‘sell out’ of an item. It’s something every month. Having said that, I love the Macy’s box. Best value for the $15 bucks.

Yes, I get one each month. The first month of my subscription, I got an email saying I would not get a box, as promised. I did. I don’t know what’s going on but I like the box and it always comes.

I didn’t get that email, but I got similar email from Macy’s on Jan 1st.
Usually they charged me around 1st of the month. When I got that email, they charged me on Jan 4th, ship the box on 8th & I received it on 12th.
It was later than usual, but I think it’s still early.
I live in CA & the warehouse I received my box from was also in CA.
Not sure if it’ll be different for other states.

Well worth the $15 subscription cost, which is almost always true of this sub.
Personally, I prefer less one-note boxes: all hair items last month, all skin care this month. I’m happiest when Macy’s mixes it up more to include some makeup. But that is totally personal preference.
I look at this sub as a long-term pay out. If I stay subbed, over several month or more, I’ll get a very satisfying bunch of usually brand name products for a reasonable price!

Does anyone know the terms of use of the coupons that come in this box? I’ve tried using it several times and have never been successful in getting it accepted when entering the code online.
I’ve tried purchasing home goods, clothing, beauty products.

I tried using my code tonight for ten dollars off. It just keeps telling me the item(s) do not qualify. Guess I should not have waiting until the last day. Oh well, I did not need anything.

I had the same issue. The site would only accept the coupon if I bought 2 items. I tried many different configurations and the only time it worked was when I bought 2 items. Maybe this is a new rule they didnt bother telling us about?
I added a sample sized item to get it to work.

I’ve used my coupons on beauty products. Never had any issues. They are only good for beauty products not for everything in the store

The coupons should be good for any beauty purchase online or in the store. The problem is- they’re not working. My November coupon was accepted for an online beauty purchase and gave me a $10 discount instead of the stated $5 discount. But neither my December or January coupons worked online. (I haven’t tried them in the store). Good luck getting Macy’s to care about that. I’m done with their beauty box program, for now at least- too many issues since they resumed in October.

It ‘s so odd that people are having issues with the coupons. I wonder if they double printed coupon codes? I know they’re one time use. I haven’t had any troubles thank goodness. I found it odd that the November coupon said $5 off and the December $10 off, but they rang up the opposite. I’ve read about so many issues though.
