Wow. I just received my March Premium. All of the good choices were taken, so I went with the “Surprise me” option. And I was surprised with a box of junk. Cheap plastic eye brushes that belong at the dollar store, hydrating/moisturizing primer for my oily skin, bright pink lipstick I can’t pull off, and a bright lip liner. Complete with a Becca foundation not in my shade. The only possible keeper is the Glo skincare product, so fingers crossed.
Aside from the brushes, the other items are from good brands, but NOTHING that aligns with my profile. I normally have pretty good luck with BC, so I hope this was just a bad month. I hope others receive better items. I am giving 4 items away and tossed 1 in the trash—Not feeling very premium right now.

The same happened to me. I wanted a ND palette. I wasn’t there to choose the minute it opened but there should be enough for us to choose on the first day at least. ND is sold out and I get RetinA from my doctor so I don’t want the stupid wander cream. They gave me sequins glitter copper eyeshadow? Wtf? And clear roll on lipgloss. Now I’m 12 years old again. They said values up to $340. Mine was worth $191. I was finally pushed to unsubscribe. Just worse and worse. I got those orange brushes last month. As I was scrolling through the list doing my reviews there were so many great products and I was picking all my garbage out of the list. Another spray to add to my stockpile. I don’t think I could even sell this pile on Mercari or Poshmark and get my $35 back.

I just signed up for premium after months of getting stuff that doesnt go with my oily skin.i wasnt getting any make up either.im signed up to get all make-up because of my issues with oily skin..they moved me off of waiting list for premium a day after choice was over..i got my very first premium today and idk what to think..i got sent becca foundation in olive shade and its way too dark for my light skin..a moisturizing primer that will make my oily skin just shine and 2 diff lip balms not even lipsticks brushes that they send me once a month and the kypris thats only thing that looks nice..Are they always like this?

I’m glad I skipped Premium. I got the ND Coral palette on Pop Up for $12 and picked out a bunch of other goodies as quick as I could. A few items still sold out before I could cash out. But I am happier with the spending $35 on Pop Up than what they’ve been sending most month, which is sad. But it is the only reason i stay subscribed to at least the Bas Box. I am hoping to get the Farmacy item this month.

Does anyone know the Customer Service email for Boxycharm? I just CAN’T get the bot on their site to help me, even when I try to tell it to email customer service.
I was lured back by the Natasha Denona coral eyeshadow palette on offer as a Premium Choice item. I signed up for Premium, then – as soon as I got my confirmation email – went to make my choice… only to find that the one item I cared about is no longer available as a choice. I’m pretty angry right now.
If I can get the ND coral palette, I will stay with Premium. If not, I want my money back.
I’m not normally an irate consumer, but Boxycharm has employed some pretty nasty bait-and-switch tactics here.

Oh no! I want to upgrade to premium today but I’m not sure if the Nars blushes are still available. Does anyone know? I’d hate for the same thing to happen to me 🙁

Try [email protected] . com . I recently had to contact them, and I was able to message them through their bot (which was a bit frustrating trying to figure out), and the above address is the one they used when they replied to me. I hope it works for you!

Thank you so much, Luna. I’ll try that. Sorry to hear you had to suffer through the bot, too. I hope they get your issue worked out.

Glad I went with the Wander Beauty and the Blush. Two solid choices. I liked the palette but I thought it was old. I’m glad I went with my instinct and skipped it. I have honestly not been to keen on a lot of the palettes they have been sending lately. I would rather recieve an eyeshadow single by a know brand versus the Barberella palette etc.

I bought that conversation in pop up awhile back and didn’t like it at all!

I’m super excited about the NARS blush! I hit pan on my last one and am so stoked to be getting a replacement in Boxy. I’m on the fence about the Iconic London eyeshadow palette because it’s been around for quite a while, but it feels good for a new summer palette to have some fun with. <3

I picked the Wander concentrate + the concealer in 1N.
Dead curious to see what the other 4 items in the box will be — if there will be more “filler” to make up for 2 Choice products.

I was online five minutes after it opened up and the concealer was already sold out. I ended up with the two palettes but not too excited about the Iconic London; hasn’t that been on the site a long time? Hoping they reserved some concealers to put in as box items.

I just went on and the concealer was still available in many shades. I had to click on the +20 to bring up the shade options, there were a couple that were sold out but still lots available.

GMForever, thanks! Good to know…That must be what happened this morning too, when I saw it was sold out. Yes, that was my concern with the concealer, some people saying it was hard to work with. I’d still like to see it in my box, though,
GMforever
@Julie B, you need to “un-choose” your choice first, only then you will see the avaibilities for the concealer. It is weird the way Boxy set this up.
I first wanted to try this concealer, but the reviews are not great, so I’m on the fence for now.

I only just saw your comment, but went back and all the shades are sold out according to what i see. Thats ok tho since I’d rather have the ND palette.
Carol
Wow, I got that palette like two years ago in a Popup. (Very pretty shades, but really dusty).
Nars blushes are always nice though.
