Would strongly not recommend this subscription box if anyone is looking to subscribe.
Had my subscription on pause and it auto-renewed for May. Got told by CS that they sent out an
email at the end of March telling customers to update their subscription status or otherwise it would auto reactivate despite having the subscription on pause. I received no such email.
It also seems like other French customers on their insta never received the email either and got their subscription reactivated.
Put into the mix that their site maintenance says that customer’s accounts will be accessible after 48-72 hours. It’s been a week and a half and it’s still not accessible to customers.
The whole affair seems shady to me.

This has happened to me, too – Shady, shady shady! I don’t remember putting the account on “pause,” I thought I cancelled, but for argument’s sake we’ll pretend that’s true and I put it on pause. I didn’t receive any such email. Instead there was suddenly a very, very unexpected $35 deduction from my bank account. I contacted them and got that crazy explanation. They just decided to reactivate and charge everyone? Forcing us to buy their jewelry? And that’s supposed to be okay?
To make this move even more brazen, the “site maintenance” made it impossible to login and find prior account information.
They said my account is truly cancelled now and after this piece – which I haven’t received yet – will be my last. Frankly, I don’t trust them. And I’d like my $35 back in place of their crappy jewelry that I did not order myself.

Wow, that’s even worse that you cancelled and it got reactivated. Honestly, I had excellent experiences with them prior to this but I don’t think I’ll ever return back to them after this. I’m going to keep an eye on my future CC statements and save my cancellation confirmation email to make sure I don’t get suddenly reactivated again.

I was very excited initially about this subscription box. As a huge fan/collector of jewelry I was very intrigued….however, I very quickly realized upon receiving the jewelry, what a huge disappointment this was… the designs are very cool and so understand this is just costume jewelry, but the quality was appalling… for the monthly subscription of the price…….jewelry tarnished within days … designs cool… quality is zero for the price.. even for costume jewelry… awful… don’t buy………

I don’t suppose they have a picture of it on someone? I feel like that style could range from rather odd to really unique and pretty depending on the length and how it plays.
