This scent is complete perfection for me. I really love more masculine scents that bear a light hint of sweetness. This soy candle is a natural blend of rum, lavender, and berry musk. I have this burning in my husband's office during the day when he is in there, and it does a great job filling the room and our hallway. It is such a warming scent that I love having to burn throughout the day. This says it has a 40 hour burn time.

BKIND Konjac Facial Sponge - Retail Value $10.00
This facial sponge is 100% natural and biodegradable. It is infused with green tea and Konjac root fibers to help clean and gently exfoliate your skin. The sponge itself is very smooth and feels soft against your skin so you aren't feeling any harsh fibers against your face. They recommend this for normal and combination skin, and even say that this can be used in place of face wash. I can't say that I felt that this took the place of my cleanser, as it doesn't lather or remove makeup. I really wanted to love this since I do enjoy a soothing exfoliation to my dry skin, but I didn't really feel as though this did much for my skin. I used it a few times, and didn't really feel or notice a difference in my skin's texture or look. They recommend rinsing the sponge with warm water until it becomes soft, massage your skin with it in circular motions, rinse the sponge and let it hang to dry. You can use this 100 times before discarding.

Tealish Stress Buster Herbal Tea, 35 g - Listed Value $9.95 (buy a box of 15 tea sachets here for $10.41)
I am not a big tea drinker, so I could be way off with my thoughts here, but I found the smell of this tea to be really intense! I took a few sniffs of the open bag and was shocked by the powerful scent, it almost smelled like alcohol or a really strong cocktail. My husband, who is a tea drinker, smelled it too and thought the same thing. The tea is meant to be calming, but I found that it really woke my senses wide awake! Did anyone else think the same thing that received this blend? This stress-buster blend contains an ancient herb, tulsi, which is known to reduce stress while providing a sense of inner peace and calm. This blend also contains apple bits, pear bits, red currants, ginger, rooibos, cinnamon, sunflower blossoms, natural flavoring, and pineapple bits. I really wanted to love this tea, but I just couldn't get over the powerful smell.

NAYELLE Cleanse Facial Cleanser, 100 mL - Retail Value $18.00
This exfoliating cleanser is made specifically for dry and sensitive skin. Check and check! My skin is so dry that I love giving it a good exfoliation to get all of the build-up and flakey skin off, but I need something that isn't going to be too harsh or drying. They do recommend using this cleanser daily, but I did feel that this was still a bit too harsh to use on my skin every day. I do love the cleanser though and how incredibly smooth it has made my skin feel. Right now I have been using it once or twice a week now that my skin is becoming less dry and that amount has been just right for me personally. This cleanser is unique as it is made with natural exfoliating bamboo and minerals from glacial oceanic clay, instead of microplastics. The bamboo and clay stimulate circulation and increase cell regeneration.

HER Time of the Month Membership, 2-month free trial - Listed Value $39.98
This coupon gets you a free 2-month membership trial with HER time of the month. Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Laura Pipher, created this women's health membership that focuses on period health and fertility. When you sign up you are given access to a monthly calendar that allows you to stay up to date with courses and live sessions that you can sign-up for to attend. Each month you will be emailed resources such as your meal plans (hormone friendly), challenge worksheets, and monthly newsletters tailored to your hormonal needs. You will also have access to live sessions, videos, and webinars that are for members-only. This is a pretty expensive membership fee in my opinion, so if this is something that you could benefit from then I recommend utilizing the free trial. I wish something like this was around when I was struggling to get pregnant the first time, and I love that this is a community focused on helping women in a safe space. I do think that a lot of what they are offering, like hormone-friendly meal plans, are things that you could find easily online or by consulting with your doctor, but I see the benefit in having a more personalized resource that you can utilize daily.

FaceOff Cloth Towel Twist - Retail Value $24.99
I have been using twist towels like this for so many years, they are amazing! My hair is very thick and curly so keeping it up to dry before applying my styling products is key to getting my perfect curl. This towel is made of high-quality microfibers that help to absorb moisture faster. So I put my super wet hair in this for about an hour most days, and remove it to slightly damp hair that is ready to style and air-dry. It has a button and loop making it easy to put on and holds in place perfectly. It is machine washable, huge bonus, and is made of 80% polyester and 20% plyamide.

Stress Buster Workbook - Estimated Retail Value $10.00
This month features a Stress Buster Workbook. It focuses on helping you to understand stress, what contributes to stress, the factors that protect against stress, and how to foster a positive stress response. The past year has been extremely stressful for most people. That feels like an understatement for sure. I am a stressful person by nature- I even remember being a kid and just being really worried and stressed. I haven't really dealt with it or figured out how to cope with it, but this past year has really shown me that I have to find the time to do so. So I am hoping that this booklet will be a good jumping-off point on my journey.
The workbook starts by going over what stress is and why it is bad for you, followed by stress management and how your body is affected by stress. Your stress can impact your body, mental health thoughts, feelings, and how you act. After this, there is a section that you check how you act when you are under stress. You can then complete boxes that allow you to list what factors in your life contribute to your stress. The workbook then takes you through how to foster a positive stress response including relaxation techniques. Finally, the workbook ends with a stress management plan worksheet that will help to round out your work.
Verdict: This month's box was all about reducing stress and taking time for yourself. My favorite product this month was the candle since the scent was basically everything that I love to smell in one candle. It fills my house with such a warm scent that makes me feel relaxed. The cleanser was another winner for me, and although I won't be using it daily, it gives me enough exfoliation to use once or twice a week. I really love how it is making my skin look and feel! The facial sponge didn't really do much for me though, it didn't lather so I couldn't see myself using it in place of my cleanser. Plus, with receiving such an amazing exfoliating cleanser this month, I didn't really find a need to then also use the facial sponge. The hair towel is something I will get a ton of use out of and can add to my other hair towel rotation. The tea just was not for me, it had such a strong scent that I couldn't imagine drinking it every day. The free membership was a fun way to learn about a woman-focused membership program, but I just can't see myself utilizing it right now, a few years ago though I would have been all about it. For approximately $44.86 USD ($49.95 CAD plus $8.99 shipping), we received 5 lifestyle items plus the loving-kindness workbook for an estimated retail value of $128.92. This box is one of my favorites because the monthly workbooks are so on point with what I feel I need at the moment, the stress buster really has helped me so far and I can't wait to dive in more. The products are always high quality and really center around the month's theme. I can't recommend this box enough!
