Our specimen this month is Laterite Quartz!

Laterite Quartz
FYI: These pieces are a little over an inch long each.
Much like the Enchanted Crystal team, I am also a huge quartz fan! There are just so many different colors and varieties, and often they come with very cool inclusions like my little pieces above. These look so clear they feel like holding ice in your hands, and there are black, grey, and amber-colored minerals trapped within. The way that light plays around since the surface creates really pretty sheer rainbows and delightful random colors when you examine them near a bright window or light source.
Enchanted Crystal always sends bonus crystals or minerals in a small bag as well.
Good to Know: These are smaller and about an inch or less long.

Yellow Hematoid Quartz
I always seem to especially love yellow crystals. They are just so happy! Both of these pieces are 6 sides and totally charming, with faint warm golden hues.

Red Madagascar Quartz
This piece doesn't look red in the images above, but there is a soft brick tint to the crystal in person. They also have this beautiful frosted finish that makes them really unique in my collection.

Madagascar Amethyst
This might be the smallest bonus crystal I have gotten from this subscription! It is about the size of my pinky nail. It is still wonderfully purple and adorable.
Verdict: This month's Enchanted Crystal pieces were very much a collectors sort of item. I say this because you will probably have to be really into crystals to love them as they aren't as much of a beautiful display piece as some other months. I am still pretty delighted! And the bonus minerals were also tiny and wondrous too, with the yellow quartz being my favorite!
