The VIP Membership is $49.95/month and allows you to choose from outfits and sets that have been put together just for members at a discounted price.
You can shop Fabletics in two ways—you can shop the regular store, or you can sign up for their VIP membership. VIP memberships work like this:
- Take the Fabletics quiz, which will let the company know your size, style, and fitness needs.
- Each month, Fabletics will curate looks that match your preferences. According to the website, outfits start at $24.00 for new VIP members.
- Shop those looks at 40-50% off what you'd get just paying retail, or skip the month. You have to make your decision by the 5th of the month. If you do neither, the $49.95 monthly membership fee will be saved to your account as a credit, which you can put towards other outfits later.
- As you shop, you'll also earn points that can be applied to accessories and other cool fitness essentials.
Put simply, this subscription won't automatically send you monthly packages as other services do. (But they will automatically charge you if you take no action.) You have to hop into your account and either decide to add items to your card or skip it. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, though you do have to call Fabletics customer service to do so.
VIP Membership Updates:
Recently, I received an email stating that my VIP Membership was changing...for the better. What does this mean? According to the FAQ's on their website, they will be dropping new styles every week instead of every month, and each month, when you are charged the $49.95, you will be issued a member credit, which is redeemable for any item or outfit up to $80!

Fabletics VIP Membership Review - April 2021
Well into the Fabletic's VIP membership changes, I think I finally have it figured out! This month, I was able to click the "claim my membership credit early" button on the 6th of the month. (I had from the 1st-5th to skip.) Because I had to wait to claim my credit, I did miss out on the new styles dropped at the beginning of the month. At first, I felt like I was missing out, but have discovered that new styles are dropped at least every week for new (and exciting) opportunities. I did notice the number of outfits in my size fluctuated between 1-2 pages on any given day and did wait until further into the month to place my order once some new items came out. I do recommend that if you find something you love to order it right away because they tend to sell out pretty quickly. I have found the new credit system to be a pretty great deal when ordering items such as complete outfits, where you can hit up big savings, but if you are looking for singular pieces, this option may not be the best bang for your buck. Cacey Racerback Dress - Retail Value $64.95 / VIP Member Price $49.95 or 1 VIP Member Credit
I love dressing up, and anytime I can find an excuse to wear a dress or a skirt I will do it...even if that means at home, doing laundry, or even weeding the garden. There is just something about flowy fabric swaying in the breeze that I just can't resist! When I spotted this jersey cotton dress on Fabletic's website, I instantly hit the "Add Item To Cart" button. While I typically don't use my VIP credit on a single item (as I feel the value just isn't that great) I was okay splurging on this since the retail value was $15 more than the credit fee, and knowing how versatile this dress is, I would get my money's worth out of it. Navy blue is one of my favorite colors to wear and the softness and comfort of this fabric are hard to beat. I did size up in this dress, ordering an XL because I do not like excessively clingy clothing, and I am glad I did. This size gave me ample wiggle room and may have been a little large around the armpits, but fit much better than I think a large would have. The racerback is quite narrow, so I did wear a navy blue sports bra with it to avoid bra lines. I also love the subtleness of the slits on each side, they are just noticeable enough to make a difference, but not so long that they take away from the comfort of the dress. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and am planning on wearing it to school tomorrow.

Because I prefer a looser fit, the XL was the way to go for me. This dress is a little showier of my figure than I feel comfortable with, so while I will totally wear this dress without a covering at home... for school and in public I am all about layering, and have tried it out with 3 different jackets and scarves to show just how versatile this dress is.

The Solidarity Mask - Retail Value $7.95 or 1 VIP Member Credit
Last month, I impulse-bought this same mask in a fun animal print pattern and decided to go ahead and add this navy one to my mask stash. I find the polyester and elastane blend to be comfortable, (if that is even possible while wearing a mask) but a little thicker than a disposable mask. I also love the fact that it is simple but matches my new dress fantastically. Like I mentioned last month....please don't accidentally use your $49.95 credit on a $7.95 mask! Make sure you click the "Add item to cart - $7.95" button rather than the "Add item to cart - 1 Member Credit" button!

The Verdict: This month of Fabletics was another hit! In the past I have stuck to more traditional workout wear, so I was excited for a change of pace with this dress. Like I mentioned above, it fits comfortably and is extremely versatile, making it the new staple in my closet, and with a matching mask what more can a girl ask for?! This month's entire experience went smoothly and I was happy with the number of style options I was given. While I wouldn't pay the retail price for my outfit and even find the $49.95 a bit steep for a dress, I did feel okay about the splurge as this piece has washed up perfectly and will be worn often. I can't wait to see what styles they drop next month!
