I don’t see any of this anywhere in shopper both on the app and on the website. Am I doing something wrong? All I see is the Mother’s Day and that’s not the same products

This is an old post from April; MSA is going wonky, I guess.

Nothing here that catches my eye but I have been looking at that TheBalm Cosmetics Lip Stain duo that they have on sale right now. Has anyone tried TheBalm’s lip stains? Do they actually work well as stains?

I love The Balm lip stains. I received one as a sample in Ipsy a long time ago and just bought two more from The Balm two weeks ago when their site was 50% off everything. It’s a gloss/stain hybrid. In my opinion it’s less drying than a typical stain. Namaste is my favorite color from the series and is great for any skin tone. I also bought Ni Hao to find out it was practically the same color which was disappointing but oh well.

I really like them too! They are not too sticky, but they don’t really feel like a balm either. I have 4 of them, I got 3 in a set at Gordmans.

Amy

They are not stains. I bought them from the balm and ended up giving them all away. They’re more like messy lip gloss.

Oh, crap! I suppose I should’ve known a “creamy lip stain” wouldn’t deliver but I bought them the other day anyway, don’t know when they’ll show up.

Marion

The Naked Cosmetics highlighter palette is good. The formula is very velvety & textured. Makes great eye toppers.

oh do not tell me this… It looks so pretty!

They’re still very nice colors and quite comfortable. I like them even though they aren’t as much as stain as you would expect.

Prettypony

I got a bunch of eyelashes 🙂 Good deal on them <3

I wish they had the Touch In Sol lipstick in another shade. I love it!

Lori

Sad. Not a thing I want or don’t already have. Oh well. More money to save 🙂

When I click on it I get a blank page. It doesn’t seem to be working for me. Guess it’s a sign I shouldn’t order anything new.

Are you a subscriber? I think you have to be a subscriber to access the pop-up shop.

Nan

I’m a current subscriber and it doesn’t work for me, either.

bunnygirlbrem

That’s what I thought, but the post says a current or previous. I’m a previous one. Maybe the post is wrong. 🙂

Kelly

It just says oops the page you’re looking for doesn’t exist.

Rae

Same here. Still blank.

bunnygirlbrem

Nope, still blank screen. But thanks!

I emailed ipsy…we’ll see…

bunnygirlbrem

I get that too.

Rae

Same here. I’m a little bummed.

Very frustrated with ipsy. Clicked on an email from them just to read it and it automatically enrolled me in glam bag plus. And there is no way to cancel. There is no customer support email or phone, and their help page and “chat” feature keep repeating the same useless instructions to click on a “manage subscriptions” button that doesn’t show up for the Plus bag. Cancelled my regular out of frustration and will call my credit card company to reverse charges as I can’t find any other method of contact/cancelling.

You can email them at support (at) ipsy (dot) com. Or, if you go to the Help Center, go to “Get Instant Answers” and you’ll be able to get to an option to send them a message (which is basically an email). HTH.

I don’t even see 10 things here that I’d want

Lisa

Same. Very disappointing. It’s tons of repeats from the last several months. Some of this stuff has been in the “shop” over and over again.

bunnygirlbrem

It’s UP to ten, with a price of $5-50 depending on how many items you get. Not to enable anybody or anything. 🙂

Jill

Same! I was all excited when I saw the email, then looked at the items and was like, meh.
