They brushes in premium retail for at most 25$ and that was high for most posts I saw. From Sephora too… not just eBay or seller based sites. Pretty disappointing for what is suppose to be a premium item box…what’s going on boxy. I think I’m done. Each box is getting worse as the months go on

My premium box was super disappointing. I guess I never learn. I received my 2 choice items which I wasn’t really excited about to begin with & Laruce brushes (again) – makeup removal rounds, a serum for acne (I have dry skin) and a clear lip balm. No makeup in the entire box and still no add ons purchased in April and still missing 1 purchased in February. What is going on with this company ?

If you’re missing add ons you should for sure hit them up and see wtf is going on. I was missing addons from March that I spent 150 bucks on and within like 2 days of emailing them I got an email saying they owed me a refund of 70 dollars for items that were no longer in stock and then they fed exed the remaining items and they must’ve done it priority because it reached me in Oregon in 3 days. Sucked because everything they ran out of was what I was needing the most. I think I just fell through the cracks since I got results so quickly once I contacted them, think I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t spoke up.

Just got an email for $12 PopUp credit since I’ll be getting a repeat item (allegedly — my box still hasn’t shipped). Guess I’m getting the Luxe & Willow pads again. Not really mad about it since 8 pads is a more reasonable number to have available between loads of laundry.

The really disappointing thing about them sending credits is that if they mess up again, you just lose your credit. I got a $12 credit a couple months ago for a duplicate product. However, there was a problem with one of my add-ons missing when I got my order. When I contacted customer service I was told they were out of stock but as I had paid with a credit they wouldn’t do anything about it (no replacement, no credit back for the purchase, nothing) =(.

Did anyone else get makeup remover pads that smell funny? Mine have a very strong scent that makes me sneeze, and every item I the box now smells like them.

Mine didn’t last month.

This is a huge mess and I wish I would of skipped both premium and regular boxy! Lesson learned! One or two mediocre products is not worth the price or more importantly the hassle ✌️ 👋

I’m done with boxy premium..base is better..this box just sucks..

This is so disappointing. What’s the point of paying for premium when the same items keep showing up in base anyway!? The base box was so much better this month.

There’s also a Bellapierre kabuki brush that seems to have been removed from the page for some reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I actually like most of these. I’m hoping for a Bite lip product, especially since I didn’t get one the last time they sent Bite in Premium. The only really sketchy thing is the LaRuce brushes, which I think might be the same ones that were sent out in Ipsy Plus + Ultimate like 10 times. Really cheaply made brushes, definitely not worth $96. That being said, if they MUST include cheap private label stuff, brushes at least seem the least likely to harm your skin. 😂

If this sub box still includes Bellapierre product, especially if it has included this brand or similars in the past, it needs to be scratched off of the list of boxes you’ll sub to or buy outright. That Bellapierre “brand” is NOT a elite brand nor even a reputable drug store brand. I won’t sub this box as long as it uses any DLS-type products.

My box arrived a few days ago. 2.1 lbs. I chose the bloomeffects and too faced eyeshadow. I received the GA body lotion, the brushes, Rodial eye masks, and Odacite serum. I’d rather have had the hand lotion, but I’ll use the body lotion. The other products are just ok. If anyone loves those brushes or eye masks, I’ll gladly trade.

Can you believe the listed value of the brushes was 98.00 🤯
