I got it in today. It really is beautiful piece. I haven’t had any problems with them. But I agree the pandemic has slowed them down a little. I have been with them for a few years. And love their pieces.

I agree! I really love the bracelet. I got the Photoweb card but it’s all in French. Is this something Americans can redeem? I’m not sure Photoweb ships to the US. (Photoweb USA is a different company all together).

Wouldn’t sub if I were you. Check the comments in previous spoilers (March 2021) of what had happened to me.

I had the same experience with this box, they auto renewed my sub box for May which was on pause, and their site was not accessible after that. I had to send emails to their CS and it took a week to get a response.

Same here, except I don’t recall putting anything on “pause,” I thought I had cancelled this subscription. They have now told me I’m definitely cancelled but I don’t think I should be forced to buy their jewelry, that’s crazy. I’ll have to go read the March spoilers!

I really like their stuff. I subbed years ago and most of the pieces are still in pristine condition. I think it’s the best jewelry sub out there.

I agree. I’ve subscribed since November and I love everything I received. I even bought a bunch of other pieces. They do seem a bit discombobulated which I think may be due to the pandemic. I didn’t subscribe until we were in it and France has been under strict rules about how many people can be at work, curfews, etc.
