Gwynnie Bee is a clothing rental subscription service that formerly catered to plus sizes only, but is now far more inclusive offering sizes 0-32! Gwynnie Bee allows you to select items you like that are put in a virtual closet. The chosen items in your virtual closet are sent to you at random, but you can select priority pieces to be sent to you first. Since I started using the service, I can say I always have a lot of fun with this box!
Gwynnie Bee also has a marketplace on their site where you can buy steeply discounted used rental pieces and brand new accessories, underwear, and workout gear as well!

Gwynnie Bee March 2021 Review
This review is for each of the three-at-a-time items:
Knit Bodycon Dress in Blue and Yellow Stripes by Eloquii, Size 20W — Cost to Keep $42.00
I, for one, am so excited to see more Eloquii brand pieces available on the Gwynnie Bee site! Eloquii is one of my favorite online retailers and a go-to of mine for their unique styles! They also have some of the best sales as well-- I have so many sequin pieces due to their holiday sales. I just love them! The dress is a bodycon, so it is meant to be snug, but I feel this would have fit way better on me in a size 22. The knit design reminds me of pieces I would see in TEEN Magazine in the 90s paired with chunky wood-soled Combat boots, a floppy beanie hat, and an oversized flannel. I took my own spin with styling this piece with yellow accessories in the form of Vans sneakers, heart-shaped sunnies, and some checkered flower power earrings made by me! I envision wearing this on the Coney Island boardwalk, playing games, and eating cotton candy. This easily could translate to a night on the town look with strappy heels and a faux leather biker jacket for a tough, but chic ensemble.
Contrast Collar Black Shift Dress by eShakti, Size 22w — Cost to Keep $52.00
I have always been a sucker for a good collar, especially on baby doll or shift style dresses. Imagine 90s Courtney Love of Hole, Kim Shattuck of The Muffs, or Vickie Miner from Reality Bites. I was obsessed with these style dresses as a teen and still am as an adult in my late 30s. Of course, I had to closet this dress and give it a go. I would prefer the dress to be a tad shorter, but this length is ideal for an office setting. The cotton fabric is surprisingly thick, but with ample stretch. I am pleased too that the armholes aren't tight at all, they are even a bit loose. I opted to style this dress with some cute white ankle booties and some adorable daisy earrings made by me. This dress would look amazing in cooler months with patterned tights and Mary Janes to give off that proper 90s grunge vibe.
Puff Sleeve Easy Tee Dress in Chic Shapes by Eloquii, Size 22 — Cost to Keep $58.00
This is another Eloquii dress I had my eye on when it first was released. It was released I believe in fall of 2020 and styled on their site with this beautiful turquoise cape. I decided not to grab it since I work from home for my multiple jobs, but you better believe I closeted it as soon as I spied it on the Gwynnie Bee site. I am sad to say, but this dress was a bit disappointing. I assumed it would have a bit more stretch and went up to a size 22 thinking it would fit properly, but it was a bit tighter in the middle than I would have preferred. I am curious if the 24 would have looked better in comparison. The wild geometric pattern is great, but I felt it was more muted than I had expected. Maybe it is just because I want all bold colors all the time! I had fun styling this dress with all pink accessories from my Wherelight glasses to my pink jewel-studded hoops to my pink B.A.I.T wedges. This piece would look fantastic as well in cold weather with black tights, platform heels, and a faux fur coat for an extra 70s inspired touch.
Verdict:
This month, Gwynnie Bee came through with sending not one, but two dresses from my favorite brand, Elqouii! These were the two items I was most excited for, but ironically the fit wasn't the greatest on either dress. The silver lining is that I didn't end up buying these previously from the Eloquii site and have to go through the whole drama of returning items. That is one thing I love about Gwynnie Bee-- I am able to get a feel for brands and their sizing, fits, and styles without a commitment! I loved the eShakti dress I received, but again-- I would have never known if it weren't for Gwynnie Bee!
I love using Gwynnie Bee as a rental service, but did you also know that they offer a lot of the items at a deep discount for purchase? You can buy rental pieces, but they also have a members-only outlet where you can get pieces at even deeper discounts as well. Add to that their frequent sales on at-home items and their rewards program-- there are just so many ways to save and benefit from their services! I have been reviewing Gwynnie Bee since 2017 and it continues to be one of my favorite subscription services for this reason. I can't wait to see what I receive next month, can you?
To Wrap Up:
Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! All three pieces are available to rent.

Value Breakdown: Gwynnie Bee’s costs range depending on your subscription and how many items you are sent at a time. I have the $95.00 three-item-at-a-time plan. This includes free shipping and returns. I can get as many pieces as I like monthly, as long as I return each item first. I got three items this month. The three items total up to $152.00, which is $57 more than my monthly plan! Not too shabby! However, imagine the even greater value had I sent these pieces back sooner and received additional pieces! Gwynnie Bee Plus Size Clothing Box Review + 50% Off Coupon
