Nadine West wants to be your best friend ... or at least dress you like one.

Founded in 2013, Nadine West is a subscription service focused on “providing women with personalized stylish outfits at affordable prices,” they recently told My Subscription Addiction.

“The way we think about ourselves is, Nadine West is like your best friend, who knows you better than you know yourself. Your best friend is always here to help you look and feel your best! We'll send you outfits that match your style and budget. We aim to make getting dressed fun, and easy. Our clothes fit and feel great. Maybe, we can even introduce you to new styles.”

Now, MSA readers can shop Nadine West's biggest sale yet: Receive $30 off and get free shipping when you keep every item from your box. Just use code NW30MSA at checkout. This offer ends 5/18.

These days, there are countless personal styling subscription services to choose from, but Nadine West sets itself apart with a commitment to more accessibility “in terms of price, sizing, and fashion,” and “no membership or styling fees.”

Knowing where to start is half the battle, and Nadine West makes it easy.

The first step is to take their free style quiz. Answer a few questions and the team at Nadine West takes it from there.

At Nadine West, styling isn’t just a business, it’s a passion.

“It is fun and fulfilling to help others find their joy and lift their spirits. We think our passion for that mission can be literally seen and felt in every single pink package that we ship. We hope our customers have as much fun and feel as much joy as we do when we style every single package just for them.”

How much is the shipping cost each month. How much are the packages.

I have been subscribed to Nadine West for about a year and at least 3-4 times, I have been charged for items that were returned. I have been told that they cannot refund, they can only credit my account for future purchases. This means I am perpetually stuck in the subscription. I just noticed that I was charged $37 for a necklace that I returned last month. I just emailed to cancel. I don’t even want the credit for that, I just want out of this subscription.

Has anyone else had this issue with them? I’ve tried to be understanding but it happens so often than I now feel like this company is very deceptive and crooked.

The more I think about it, the more it upsets me that MSA included this. I was totally cool with the “new” MSA until this, especially after the last post about this company.

I have tried Nadine West. I didn’t have the bad experience some of you did, but the clothes were super cheap looking like something from the dollar store. Of course, I had been using Stitch Fix. Wantable and NatLie Attired ad my comparison. Like night and day.

Beware of this service. I had a horrible customer service experience. I was billed for items I returned on several occasions, which was frustrating but
the worst was when the package they sent was never sealed and so everything fell out. I received an empty envelope. When I contacted them, they told me I was scamming them and charged me for the full order. It was such an insult. They told me they did not believe me and that I should contact USPS for a claim. I did as they instructed. They sent the package without any insurance, so a USPS claim was a dead end. I sent multiple pictures to them of the envelope showing that the tape was not removed to seal it. They continued to insult me and tell me I was lying before finally refunding my money. It was horrible customer service and a waste of time. Never again. Cancelled immediately.

That is another thing, they charged me for jewelry that I returned and when I said hey I returned these, they said, so you’re saying they got lost in shipping? Like I don’t know, where they got lost, could have been you guys just scamming me.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I tried them, and what a joke. Cheap clothes with threads hanging out, $16 socks you can get at walmart for $3, cheap and broken jewelry. Oh and the sweatpants that had been worn and not cleaned.

So is this just a paid ad that’s not marked as a paid ad? Or did I miss where they stated it was an ad? Just very very strange. MSA has reviewed this box off and on for YEARS so it is not as though this is the announcement of a brand new box……. just very odd. NGL, after 8+ years of reading MSA almost daily, I am about done. Spoilers are slow, ads and weird articles announcing and reviewing non-sub stuff, very late spoilers, fewer and fewer reviews that are later and later… going to have to go looking for another site for my sub box needs.

Agree, I love it when Liz wrote the articles but ever since she left 👎

sadly, agreed

This box is awful. Everyone knows it’s awful. For them to highlight it like this is really a betrayal. It makes me question every other thing I see on this site.

Very, truly, utterly disappointed.

I agree.

I used to be so excited to read my daily sizzle, but I have often wondered why certain posts were in it recently.

I definitely don’t think this is the respected authority on subs that it once was.

It’s so hard because I reflexively come to MSA… I think I need to block the website or something. Like pulling off a bandaid.
