With my GlamBagX still in “assembly” I refuse to buy anything even tho there were a few things I liked.

Same story here. I refuse to spend more money until they either ship or refund me my money. Of course, they refuse to refund because of their policy is no refunds, only replacements. I would totally accept a replacement of my non-existent shipment as long as it’s the same items.

It definitely doesn’t feel right spending more money with them when we haven’t received what we paid for. If they can’t replace the same items they should offer a choice of on par items not just heedlessly sending out random zombie stock.

Yep, mine is still in fulfillment, plus my add-ons. Not sure I will end up getting a bag at all this month. I’ve already paused for June because I’m not spending more money on ipsy while I’m still waiting for stuff to ship out.

Yes, it’s a total bummer. I’m really inclined to pause too but was holding off hoping my business would be sorted out first.

My regular May bag is still “in assembly” as well. And that includes my 3 add-on’s which were a full size Sunday Riley moisturizer, a full size ABH brow gel, and an olaplex sample size so not a small amount of money I’m out at the moment. I wish they would at least send the add-on items and just refund my glam bag at this point. I should not be picking an item for next month’s bag if this months bag isn’t going to ever ship!

Totally, it sux. I only received my April Glam Bag yesterday with several lame substitutions and my add-ons refunded. They really are making it that you don’t even want to get excited during the reveals because who knows if you will actually get what you are supposed to. It’s really disappointing but they keep us reeled in because the prices are great if you are lucky and get good stuff.

Are you serious?? We’re one week away from June. They need to just admit that they don’t have the inventory they committed to and refund your money. So sorry to hear that.

Lol, yeah, thx 🙂 Later that day I did finally receive a “shipping notice” with tracking but until today it has yet to move, in fact, it still shows that only a label has been created. I really wanted my stuff, I had selected some of the items to be gifts for my loved ones – like, the Riri mirror was supposed to be a bday present for my daughter but I’ve read so many people saying they didn’t get theirs or it arrived broken and isn’t getting replaced even though Ipsy had stock to sell in their shoppe.

I don’t understand how their fulfillment and shipping can be so bad month after month for so many people. No other vendor I’ve purchased from, big or small, is so consistently unreliable. Also, I wish they would use a little more discreet packaging.

I know I was checking out my stash last night and I definitely don’t need anything, however some things are still calling my name.

I’m trying to be strong, but new fragrances are my weakness and they have some I have wanted to try.
