Thank you ladies for at least letting me know I’m not alone. My premium box almost always arrives before the 15th, and I have always gotten the shipping email. Also I’ve been checking my account daily and it does not have any tracking number present. I would guess that the duplicate item is also that Wander Beauty product based on what’s been shown available for all the premium items this month, but it truly makes me ponder if there will be significant more variations or products than what’s already been made available due to the duplicate being such a high price tag item (why do I feel like a black eyeliner could be a duplicate). Yesterday, I tried to find a way to actually communicate to Boxy about how they’re supposed to ship within 15 days of purchase, and that was honestly a scary experience. Does anyone even know how to contact Boxy these days. The email [email protected] got me an email back that they no longer use that. I then found [email protected] from previous emails exchanged (like a year ago) and I did send one that way but I’m not sure if that will get an answer.
Now, yesterday I did receive what appeared to be another mass email (it didn’t appear to be a response to my actual email) and this one said the following:
We’re reaching out to confirm that your June box will be on its way to you very soon! Processing took a bit more time than we anticipated, and we’re so sorry for the wait. Your tracking email will be in your inbox ASAP and by no later than early next week. Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders just in case.
We know your Boxy is important to you, and we want to assure you that delivering you Boxys you’ll love in a timely manner each month is our highest priority.
Thank you so much for your patience, and a special thank you for being a Charmer. We hope you love your Boxy!
Pretty frustrating that it could be next week before it even ships. Also, when shopping add ons I almost always know what I got or didn’t get in my box that month, but in this case, I could easily purchase something that ends up being in my box. I’ve stuck by boxy through about everything (and my horrible Ipsy X experience further solidified that), but I am beyond frustrated that it appears you can not get ahold of them these days. We all know their CS has been crappy for basically forever, but at least we could email them. The chat bot thing is about useless imo.
