Dia & Co is a monthly plus-size clothing subscription box that is personally curated for you by a Dia stylist. Upon enrolling with Dia & Co, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, price range, and also my style likes, and dislikes. Every month my stylist selects five items that could be clothes or accessories to try out. If I like them, I have the option of buying them. There is a $20 per month service fee, but the fee can be applied to any purchases I opt to make. A 25% discount is applied if I chose to keep all five items too!

The items in my box are chosen personally for me dependent and reflective of my style and price preference, so the package you receive from Dia & Co may be entirely different than mine!

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Dia & Co June 2021 Review

That Dia & Co envelope I look forward to seeing every month now comes as a sleeve. Enclosed is another awesome message from my stylist, Kristin S.! She complimented the three pieces that I selected this month and gave some fantastic styling tips too! There's also an invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, color, size, and price of each item she selected for me along with the grand total after the styling fee and 25% off (if I opt to keep all five items) is applied. My prices aren't listed, so this form is a bit inaccurate. The total would be $287. After the $20 styling fee and 25% is applied my balance for the entire box would be $200.25! The savings would be $86.75 if I did decide to keep everything! That would be like getting the Beyond Yoga top for free  -- that's pretty fantastic!

Now for the fashions!

Jenna Smocked Dress by Meri Skye in Black, Size 2x-- Listed Value $45.00

As soon as I laid eyes on this dress, I knew I had to select it for my three items this month. This is such a versatile piece that I could wear all season and easily into the Fall weather months. I got a 2x and was fearful that it might be too tight, but with the smocking on the chest-- there is a ton of room! Had I selected the 3x it would have been oversized and too long on me. Back in my office days, this would have been a staple (pun unintended) piece since it is long and I wouldn't have to worry about how I sit! I wanted to show this dress styled in two different ways to give you an idea of how many different looks you can get! The first look I didn't layer anything with it, just wore it alone with retro black jellies and adorable earrings from The Ziggy Pop Shop. It is simple, but ultra adorable. Imagine wearing this poolside or at the beach!

The second ensemble includes a neon zebra print see-through mesh top, pink sandals from Torrid I bought around the holidays, and some retro glitter fringe lampshade earrings from Gloss & Shimmer! I love how all the colors pair so perfectly together. This is such a comfortable, yet fun outfit! You can easily wear this dress in the fall with tights, Mary Jane Doc Martens, a striped turtleneck, and an oversized thick knit cardigan for a stylish and cozy ensemble.  The options are truly endless!

Did I also happen to mention... THE DRESS HAS POCKETS!

Penelope Short Sleeved Cardigan in Light Blue by Meri Skye, Size 2x — Listed Value $45.00

This is the second item I selected for this month's Dia & Co box. I wanted something that gave big Spring Time vibes and this cardigan definitely delivered. The knit on this is very loose and airy making it lightweight and a breeze to wear; it is perfect for Spring and Summer months. I also love that it is made from a turquoise and white knit that gives it more of a textured look than one single color. Those variants made the cardigan look more pastel seafoam too. I appreciate the stretch and give this sweater has as well due to the knit style. I opted for simple styling with the Meri Skye dress, my trusty retro black jellies, and some adorable earrings made by moi!

The sweater looks great buttoned-up, but I definitely prefer it completely unbuttoned and open like this, don't you? Either way, I am so glad I selected this beautiful piece. It would look just as adorable paired with skinny leg jeans and embellished sandals or a camisole, high waist shorts, and platform wedges as well!

Samantha Pullover by Beyond Yoga, Size 1x— Listed Value $79.00

Kristin S. has been styling me for quite a while and she knows my vast love of all things animal print. This pullover isn't too thin or thick making it ideal for layering. The fabric is so soft and is incredibly stretchy. It is rather well made, so I know this piece will last me a long time too. The print is a tad more subtle than I would prefer, but this is certainly a top I will get a lot of wear from all year. Our springs can either be freezing or roasting, so this will be ideal for the cooler days to wear while running errands or even to go on evening walks.

Natali Denim Overalls by Meri Skye, Size 3x — Listed Value $59.00

These overalls are the final item I selected. I have a few pairs but wanted a pair that would fit me better than the ones I already own. Though I prefer midnight blue dark rinses, I still love these and they actually look darker in person than in the photos on the Dia & Co site. These overalls have limited stretch, so I would suggest sizing up if you want the fit to be roomier. The denim is thick and sturdy, but with wear and washes, I sense the material will become more flexible. I also love the large chest pocket as well as the ones on the front and on the butt-- so handy and useful! I decided to simply style these with the Beyond Yoga top Kristin sent me and some loafer-style mules, but this is a very adaptable piece for anyone's wardrobe. Imagine styling these overalls with a black mesh top and bedazzled or studded sandals in the summer or in the fall with a black turtleneck, oxfords, and oversized glasses. Overalls like these are perfect to wear on a casual Friday at the office or hanging out with friends on the weekends!

Emily Draw String Jogger in Leopard Print by Jessica Simpson, Size 3x — Retail Value $59.00

And last, but not least, is the second piece my stylist sent me: leopard print joggers from Jessica Simpson. These are some elevated sweats/PJ pants, I tell ya! The fabric is on the thin side, but isn't see-through and is incredibly soft. These joggers are so comfortable to wear-- I absolutely love them! I work from home for all my jobs these days, so these are perfect to wear sitting in an office chair all day! One could easily wear these out and about doing errands with a sweatshirt and sneakers to elevate the casual look, but I ended up wanting to style these the way I would if I were on a lazy Sunday. I paired these pants with one of my favorite t-shirts from my friend Sophie's, Dreaming of Johnny Shop, and fuzzy slippers. I will be watching endless hours of The Nanny and Blossom in style and comfort!

Verdict: This month's Dia & Co had some great, adaptable pieces! My favorite, far and away, was the Jenna dress by Meri Skye! I am going to get so much wear from it-- I have so many adorable outfit ideas dancing in my head surrounding that dress. I do appreciate that my stylist, Kristin S., has sent me some comfortable and casual pieces, but I am eager to get some flashier items for the summer months. I am fully vaccinated and plan on spending time with other vaccinated loved ones this summer-- I want to get gussied up for the occasion! I am glad that everything fit well this month and I definitely will be providing ample feedback to my stylist in order to ensure I get an even more personalized box next month. I want all the bright yellows, oranges, pinks, and greens! All the wild floral prints! Anything late 60s/ early 70s inspired-- send it my way! My body is ready! When providing feedback I also include my Pinterest, IG, or simply sending her links for items on the Dia & Co site-- Kristin and I have a great working relationship. Recently, I noticed when providing feedback and creating a new box request that you can fully customize your entire box! That's right, you can select all five pieces if you want to! I love that, but I will probably just do three or four so that I can get a sweet surprise from my stylist. It is definitely tempting to do all five because if you don't already know this: I am a shopping fiend. I love the hunt of searching for a dream piece or finding a killer bargain. I am still laying low and don't go to the mall much, so having a service like Dia & Co deliver awesome clothing directly to my home is fantastic! Not only can I have clothes sent to me, but Dia & Co also offers styling box services for activewear, intimate pieces, and now swimwear-- but you can also purchase items from the site directly as well! No subscription needed-- you just can buy items off of the site directly! You gotta love all the options that Dia & Co provides! I don't know about yinz, but I am eager to see what Kristin sends my way next month, aren't you?

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Dia & Co curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. Also, take advantage of their option for you to pin pieces and select up to three items for your monthly box as well!

Value Breakdown: This box has a $20 styling fee and includes free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $287. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20 styling fee for the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I’d end up spending $200.25 for the whole box. Ultimately, that is roughly a 32% discount.

I absolutely love the black maxi on you!!! I enjoy how you showed it 2 ways and how you always give suggestions. I thought the bib overalls were great too.
