Tarte has extended its latest Custom Kit sale. You can now pick up a kit through today, 6/18, until 11:59 p.m. EST*.

The Tarte Custom Beauty Kit sale typically happens only twice a year and lets you choose 7 full-size products (a $200+ value) for just $63.

You can choose one product from each of the following categories: Foundation, Mascara, Lips, Body, Eyes, Face (i.e. bronzer, blush, highlighter, powder, etc.) and a makeup bag. Note that there are no exchanges or returns with this special sale and putting items in your cart does not reserve them, so you may need to act fast!

considered it but ultimately, i’m not a big buyer of makeup and somehow already have too much of it. i don’t use enough of it to warrant these purchases even after throwing out so much expired unused stuff.

i think it’s because so many people give prettily-packaged makeup as gifts. even after regifting, and trying to experiment, i feel buried in products.

for the future, i think it would be easier if tarte made it simpler for people to compare prices btwn the choices and also let us eliminate products we’re not interested in instead of having to scroll through everything.

another random point of annoyance was that after going through all the choices the cart would empty if you didn’t buy it quickly enough, so you’d have to start all over again, even if nothing from your original cart had sold out. same thing happened on both chrome and firefox so i think it’s a tarte website issue.

OH boy If I just didn’t pay $200 for an emergency plumber I would have treated myself. I need foundation and the brush is something I wanted. Enjoy!

I know! I actually purchased the Tarte kit and then my air conditioner unit went out! We had to replace the AC and the furnace and it was $5900!!! At least I’ll look good for the repair men😁😆

Well I managed to avoid temptation on the first day but then regretted not getting it the next…so off I go to buy one now LOL

Yes! I’ve been watching since the sale started, hoping they add a new palette since I’m not thrilled with the eye choices. And also they usually add different bags. I’ve created a few kits and abandoned them. Tarte has an eyeliner/eyelash glue combo that I would’ve liked to try. Thanks to these sales I’ve tried several Tarte foundations, but with the pandemic I just haven’t used much makeup.

I noticed the same thing. I don’t think they’ve replaced anything, which they typically do as items sell out (usually starting with the bags and the eyeshadow palettes, none of which have sold out this time). They are definitely down some shades with certain items, and a few products just no longer available, but otherwise no differences from when the sale opened. I’m guessing fewer people are purchasing, vs. them being better stocked than in the past.

Carol, the maracuja lip balm is no longer listed either. I haven’t noticed any others.

Same. Every time this sale pops up I make a few bags that I ultimately don’t buy lol. This time I was going to actually purchase one if they had the powder foundation, but it never showed up. The only thing different that I noticed from the first day is that they are out of the moisturizer.
