Wantable is a monthly personalized style subscription box service that sends you seven expertly curated items based on an in-depth quiz.
In order to get your one-of-a-kind style box, you must first take an online quiz to narrow down your style preferences. Choose between three of Wantable's Edits: Women's Style, Women's Active, and Men's Active before beginning the questionnaire. The quiz asks a range of questions: what type of clothing do you wear, preferences on fabrics, patterns, colors, fit--everything you could think of to help define your personal style.
Once the quiz is complete, a stylist is assigned to your account and begins curating your Edit. Creating your Edit comes with a $20 styling fee, but that fee goes towards any items you decide to keep once you receive your box. You save 20% off everything if you keep 5 or more items. When you receive your box you'll have 5 days to decide what you want to keep for purchase and what you want to return. They also offer free returns and pick-ups.

My Wantable Experience
Before we dive into each item I received, here's a snapshot of the order deets:
What I Got in This Month's Personalized Edit
V-Neck Cami in Leopard by Hayden Los Angeles - Retail Value $42
The first item I got was this chic leopard print cami. I love this top! It's perfect to take from day to night and leopard print has been a major trend for the past few seasons. I've found that Wantable always adds a more daring and fun print in their Edits to encourage you to play with your style and experiment with on-trend pieces.
The fit of this top was perfect, it was a little slouchy and loose (perfect for hotter days when you don't want skin-tight clothing on) and the V-neck wasn't too low, so I didn't feel like I was revealing too much cleavage. This top is also great for a strapless bra since it isn't low-cut. For ladies with bigger chests, I'm not sure this top will work unless you have a more supportive bralette to wear underneath.
Martina Dress in Fjord by Threads 4 Thought - Retail Value $68
The Marina Dress comes from a brand called Threads 4 Thought, a clothing company that creates pieces from sustainable fabrics. While I love what this brand stands for and could feel the high quality of the fabric in the dress, the fit was not particularly flattering on my body. It was a little too loose and long for my liking, but it would make for a great work or day fit for those who like a comfy, casual dress. If you want to sport clothing that's ethical and sustainably responsible, Threads 4 Thought is great, however, I did feel that the $68 price tag was a bit hefty considering the simplicity of the dress. To each their own!
Distancer T-Shirt in White by Thread & Supply - Retail Value $36
This white v-neck is an absolute must-have basic tee. If you've been looking for a white t-shirt with a little bit of oomph, then this should be your new go-to. There's nothing better than a buttery soft basic, and I love that this one has a little bit of a textured print, to take it up a notch from plain white. This v-neck, like the leopard print cami, is also perfect for anyone who doesn't want to show too much cleavage. Getting staples like this in an Edit is one of the best perks, because I know I will be wearing this non-stop and more than getting my money's worth out of it.
3/4 Sleeve Plush Crew New Pullover Tunic in Taupe by Cloud Ten - Retail Value $59
Next up, a cozy 3/4 sleeve pullover from Cloud Ten. This top is incredibly soft and I love the neutral taupe shade. The end of summer and the start of fall is the best time to wear a 3/4 sleeve, so I will definitely get a lot of use out of this top. If you overheat easily no matter the weather, then a pullover like this is a perfect styling choice and pairs great with jeans and some booties.
Absolution High Rise Straight in Light Blue by Democracy - Retail Value $78
I mentioned in my previous Wantable Style Edit review that jeans are tough for me to buy online because of my body type. I find that anything that fits my thighs will be too big around my waist, and anything that would fit my waist will never get past my thighs! These high-rise straight jeans by Democracy are perfect for girls with curves. The inside has an elastic lining and the denim is soft and stretchy, making it ideal for hugging your curves in all the right places. While a straight cut jean isn't my favorite, I was pleasantly surprised by this pair and I love the fit. This is a brand I will definitely look into for future denim purchases.
Drawstring Linen Short in Navy by L.T.J - Retail Value $59
This pair of linen shorts was not my cup of tea. Unfortunately, they were a size too big and I wasn't sure how I'd go about styling them. The $59 price tag also wasn't very appealing to me, since there wasn't anything particularly flattering or unique about these shorts. In my style quiz, I made it clear that comfort is important to me, so I see why Lauren picked them out for me, I just wasn't in love.
Three Bracelet Set in California - Retail Value $28
Last but not least, the accessory that came in my edit, a three bracelet set. I think these bright beaded bracelets are adorable and definitely on-trend right now. I loved the little pouch that Wantable packaged the bracelets in, it's perfect for keeping and using to store jewelry when traveling. Three bracelets for $28 seems reasonable to me, and these bracelets are great for adding color and texture to an outfit.
Verdict
Overall, my experience with the Wantable Style Edit box was great! It shipped quickly, I felt like all of the pieces matched my quiz results, and I love how thoughtful Lauren's styling was based on my requests. Aside from the items in the box, I also love that they provide not only a shipping label to send items back, but also the packaging! I can't tell you how many times I've kept items I don't like simply because I couldn't be bothered to go to the post office and package up items (I know I'm not the only one!). They make it so easy for you to return unwanted items and exchanges are also a breeze.
All of the items I received are on the pricier side, that being said, the quality is definitely there. For this Edit, I definitely will be keeping up to five items, so getting that 20% discount really helps because I loved so many of the items I received.
