Alltrue Winter Box 2021 Is Here – Save 20% On Your First Box!

Lol I am still waiting on the Fall box which is ridiculous…..I am an annual member so that has nothing to do with getting your box before others who are not annual…..The box is great and what the company stands for is great, however they really need to do better with shipping…..The winter boxes are coming out next month and there are lots of people still waiting on the Fall box, not good at all.

I gifted a subscription to a friend. I have 2 subscriptions myself. Both of my boxes arrived several weeks ago. My friend’s box shipped 10/26. Was sitting at a FedEx location 3 hours from her house since 10/29. I contacted FedEx, and was told any package that hasn’t scanned for over 7 days is considered lost. With FedEx, the shipper has to file a claim. I contacted Alltrue and received a quick response. They checked with FedEx, and said they were assured the package was on its way, but they were sending a replacement box to my friend just the same. I have had orders take a ridiculous amount of time to reach me, but in this case, Alltrue has gone above and beyond in addressing my concerns.

I think it is ridiculous that we have not received the fall box yet. The whole point is to get it while it’s still that season. I am glad that this will be my second to last box.
