I got my box but have no way of telling which shade of CT lip liner I received, I can’t find original, medium or intense anywhere on the outer box…can anyone help? Thank you in advance!!

FYI for those of you like me who skipped November and didn’t get the email for the CT lip liner color choice: I just got off the phone with customer service. The agent was able to enter my selection for me. The choices are all from the Pillow Talk line: Original, Medium, and Intense.

Where does one go in one’s account to make the selection? I skipped November so my account shows as “suspended” at the moment – I wonder if that is impacting what I see? And I’m afraid to resume now lest they send me the November box. I guess I should just call CS to sort this out.

They will send you the November box if you un-suspend. Last month I un-suspended on the first of the month and still got the previous month’s box shipped to me. They said the cut-off date is different every month for when you will still receive the previous month’s box which makes no sense…

I can finally log in and I am in the same situation. I paused and I know that unpausing during any day in November will have the November box shipped automatically (this is what CS told me), but I don’t see any place to choose the color. I don’t even know what colors are available to chose from.

Ugh, I didn’t get this particular email either. And yet I get So. Many. Emails. from them generally, including within the last couple of days. I will be really disappointed if I can’t select my shade..

I skipped November and my account doesn’t have an option to choose anything for December. I can log in, there’s just nothing there.

Same! I never receive emails from them, I opted in, checked my spam, I even contacted them begging to spam my inbox, but nothing. once, CS even told me that emails with deals are for a selected group, and I can always go check the website- bizarre answer IMO.
