BoxyCharm Announces Pricing Change for Base Box Subscription

I didn’t realize exactly how much more I was paying for this until I was going through my card statement and I saw I used to pay $26 a month for it. And that was awesome. Now I pay $29.11 And I’m pretty sure I’m going to cancel it. I could afford $26 that was perfect. But now that they’ve been bought by ipsy it’s like what’s the point. Regardless you’re subscribing to ipsy and I used to have an ipsy account, and then I cancelled it because I like boxycharm more but now like what’s the point? I wish boxy stayed their own company and had they have, maybe they’d still be charging $25 for the base box and I’d still be a loyal customer. It sucks so bad, because this was the one thing that I got for me. And I looked forward to it every month. I really am so disappointed 😞

I did not get notified of this price increase until it hit my bank account. I know it’s not much more, but I have already been debating cancelling. I think it’s ridiculous to not notify me the price increased before charging my account. When I joined, the basic box was 20$, then it went up, and with it increasing again, I will be unsubscribing.

I don’t see any reason to subscribe to this box. They periodically let former subscribers shop the sales and pick up items at a good discount. I only subbed to Boxy for a couple of months. There were too many full-size filler items in awful shades or from questionable brands.

I stopped Boxy a few months ago and I have no regrets. Cancelled Ipsy after that disaster Huda X box. I wish Boxy had stayed separate.

My god!! The boxyluxe is damn near $70 now and I almost died now I come on here and you’re telling me they’re increasing the basebox also. I’ve been a customer of theirs since the beginning but I think it’s time to quit. This is ridiculous.

Yes, since Ipsy bought Boxy this price match to Glam Bag Plus was inevitable. Next, they may merge inventories and warehouses. Who knows?

I knew it would be just a matter of time, before they increased there Base Box. I don’t even know why they didn’t change it, when they increased the price of there other boxes. Well, that made up my mind about joining BoxyCharm. I will find another subscription box!
