What is happening with the Riveria box? Is it shipping in December? This is my second box and the communication seems a bit sparse.

I’m so mixed about this box. I’ve received two of my four boxes since joining last March. Shouldn’t there have been three?

Did y’all just get a shipping notice about your box? We haven’t seen other spoilers or customized yet…not sure what’s going on…anyone know? Maybe they’re securing the shipping so we can’t skip the box?

I didn’t get that email either, just the shipping on–so weird!

I didn’t know about the Knottingham box, it was to be my last box and I would have preferred that. I wouldn’t count on those chocolate bar bundles being shipped in time for the holidays.

Hello Tpop,
Rest assured that the chocolate bars will be shipped in time for the Holidays!

Is this still the case Leo? I haven’t heard anything more about the box since the chocolate spoiler was released.

Ugh, bummer! Not that I don’t love a good chocolate bar, but I re-subscribed for a whole year due to a spoiler showing a set of coasters that were supposed to be in the Nottingham box. I didn’t know it was canceled until just now. I am sure this new theme will still be nice – Journee has never let me down – but I don’t understand why they would drop this as their first spoiler? It’s a nice item to receive in a box, but not really one that will entice people to subscribe. Just my opinion. ✌🏼

Hello Lisa,
Apologies about the shift, due to logistics issues, some Nottingham items are being held at customs and we fear they would not make it in time. So we decided to shift to the Riviera box. Rest assured that the Nottingham box is not cancelled and will be the next box after the Riviera. Thank you so much for your patience!

The Nottingham box isn’t cancelled, it’s just shifted to the box after this one. But agreed, it’s an odd spoiler to lead with.

Not excited for a candy bar.

Hello Anita,
Apologies but this are no ordinary Candy bar. It’s a high-quality, sustainably produced cacao which is a labor of love from our Riviera Maya JourneeBox partner – Ah Cacao in Mexico. In 2013, Ah Cacao was recognized by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy as a socially responsible company for their nature conservation efforts and their work directly with farms that harvest cacao seeds used for chocolate production in their zero emissions, rooftop solar-powered facility. From Mexican farms trained in sustainable practices to a solar-powered production facility to your Riviera Maya JourneeBox, we can’t wait to share this environmentally conscious, ethically produced, and delectable treat with you!
