NewBeauty Cyber Monday 2021 Coupon: Save $25 on the Luxury Holiday Box Plus Free Gift

I just learned that the La Mer product that came with this box is likely counterfeit. La Mer stated that they haven’t partnered with NewBeauty and NewBeauty is not one of their accounts. Wow.

I used to love testtube/newbeauty and used to rave about their boxes and defend them but no more. I just joined the club of unhappy customers who received the worst customer service after being loyal for almost 4 years.
1) It’s false advertisement to claim the box is worth +$1500 and that the La Mer is a bonus. If you do the math (which I did several times, just to make sure), even with the La Mer product, the total comes up to $1494, yes it’s close to $1500 but it’s not +$1500 as advertised and the La Mer is not a bonus, it’s counted in the total.
2) If you receive any damaged/broken item, they will give you the run around and will not replace it. It happened to me with their Summer VIP box and they’ve be giving me the run around: I received a broken bottle of serum, had to send pictures 3 times because each time they claimed they did not receive the pictures even though they replied to my messages with the pictures showing. Then, they kept asking me to wait a few weeks till their warehouse could process the replacement, I had to contact them several times and still no shipment, at the end they sent me a fake shipping notice with a tracking that never moved from “a label has been created”, no shipment has ever been tendered to any carrier. I contacted them and voiced my opinion bout their horrible customer service and they stopped responding since. I called and was told someone will get back to me, no one ever did.
3) I signed up for an annual sub for their Testtube last year, I called 2 months ago to cancel so they don’t renew, an agent assured me over the phone that it was done. Low and behold, they charged me a full year sub last month, I emailed and called right away, i received a cancellation email, BUT they never refunded my payment! I was out of town so when I came back last week, I checked my bank account and zero refund. So I emailed with the proof of the cancellation email and they finally refunded my payment after one whole month of receiving the cancellation email. Had I forgot to check my bank account, I would have never been refunded although my sub was clearly cancelled from their system since they did not send my any tube this month.
So be aware of their practices and don’t believe what they say, check and double check when they tell you they refunded you.

One other thing that I received is not in the photo. It’s a large, handheld mirror. Its in addition to the lighted mirror in the photo.

Yes, the pic is correct. I received my box last week. I paid full price and I thought that was a good deal. To get $25 off and a la mer gift is even better. The nail colors and hand sanitizer must have variations as I received red and green nail colors and the citrus hand sanitizer.

Does anyone think the picture contains the items that will be in the box because the spoilers are in the picture
