While I was slightly disappointed that the candle had to be subbed, this was still a nice box. There were several Cottage Greenhouse items which I always like to see. The perfume was one I had been wanting to try, although on me it isn’t quite as nice as a lot of the other Tokyo Milk and Tokyo Milk dark perfumes I have. I think it’s one that, due to the musk, will be very chemistry dependent.
Next year I hope Lollia gets a few more appearances (one of the diffusers would be amazing!) and I hope exclusive items come back, as it’s always fun to get that one special home item/accessory/etc. The soap dish from a few boxes back was perfect for the Guest bathroom, too.

I got this box sends few days ago, and it was very lovely! This is the first Margot Elena box that I plan on using everything that came in it. The shower oil works just like Glossier’s Body Hero oil wash, and smells very similar to, but even better.
Sure, this box doesn’t have “novelty” items, but everything is high quality and useful.
The perfume is my new favorite, by the way! If you have ever wished that there were a perfume that smelled like Nivea’s original cream, this is it.

This was the most disappointing Christmas/winter box I could have received. Not only that but it’s my least favorite Margot Elena box ever. If I could get my $70 back I would. Unfortunately they charge you for it way in advance. If anything you expect a little something special for the holiday season. Nope, it was actually LESS-than.

I’m bummed I paid $70 for this box. Very little variety. Body wash AND shower gel? What’s the difference? I * wish* there was another wish product subbed for the candle.

Supply chain issues. Three mini hand lotions were substituted for the candle. It was posted on this site.

Ah, I didn’t see the posting, but that makes sense! Oh, well; stuff happens, right? I’ve been curious as to what the Gin & Rosewater scent smells like, anyway. Thanks for the explanation, Nat! 🙂

Well, it looks like despite the candle not included debacle, this is a lovely box after all.

Yes— I love shower and bath products and the perfume. ME is my favorite box. Merry Christmas to me.
