What we're loving, some updates this year, and what we can expect for 2022!

I feel being a dog owner these days we are being introduced to more information than ever before on the health and well-being of our pets. Ollie is a fresh dog food subscription company that creates personalized formulas with canine nutritionists. Best in Doge Show

Ollie held its first-ever Best in Doge Show  ("a new online dog show celebrating mutts, misfits, and dogs from all walks of life" complete with a red carpet hosted by Adagor (@Poochofnyc) and the main event hosted by Jane Lynch. Pups across the country competed in a variety of categories to win prizes and Ollie food. The grand prize winner received a year of Ollie and a getaway stay with their dog at a luxurious dog-friendly hotel, Proper Hotels. 

Freebies

There were a few surprises and treats for subscribers this year, including a small calendar that highlights adopted dogs and their personalities. What made this calendar extra special is that it features non-traditional holidays like National dress up your Pet Day (January 14) and National Hug Your Dog Day (April 10). According to the brand, there will be many more gifts in the coming year. 

Wyatt's Ollie Favorites This Year

Wyatt is very food motivated, just like his mom! However, as I've touched on in previous Ollie reviews Wyatt has a very sensitive stomach. The fact that the transition to Ollie's food has been seamless (no unpleasant side effects or reactions for him) is a huge win for us. He has also continually tried to break into the fridge for second helpings.

What Wyatt Would Like To See 2022

Wyatt is hoping to see some fresh kibble options added to Ollie's menu for 2022. Currently, we still incorporate some vet-recommended kibble with his Ollie fresh food. It's important for Wyatt to maintain a healthy smile, along with strong teeth.

Enhanced Unboxing Experience

The last few months we’ve been teasing a lot of new branding with the complete launch of our new look to come in early 2022. It’s the same high-quality, gently cooked, fresh food but with a clean, new feel! Our team has created a new unboxing experience that delivers fun for both you and your dog. Our pups are more than pets. They’re our best friends, our protectors, furry members of our family. They’ve got quirks and character that are unmatched, and they’ve got needs that are unique to them.

Greater Sustainability

As mentioned above, we’ve got a new look on all of our packaging and will be launching the full complete new look for Ollie in early 2022. We’ve made and will continue to make some more sustainable switches to our packaging, making our boxes and their components easier to recycle with curbside recycling rules.

New Product Line

We’re also introducing a new line soon! If you’re a current subscriber you may have already heard rumblings. We cannot wait to launch and welcome even more dogs into our Ollie community.
