The first thing I noticed about this box was that it is Pusheen designed in box form. It’s adorable and definitely caught my attention. I was even more excited to see what would be on the inside, and I have to say, it did not disappoint.

PUSHEEN BOX Long-Sleeved Shirt

This shirt gets five stars from me. It has an adorable Christmas-themed design, and I love the baby blue color. I also really appreciate that it’s long-sleeved, yet light enough that you can layer when going out but not get too warm while staying in. The material is a cotton-polyester blend that feels super soft and lightweight, with just the slightest hint of stretch. I would say the sizing runs a little big, but that’s fine with me; I prefer my movie night shirts to be spacious and cozy.
PUSHEEN BOX Cozy Gripper Slipper Socks

These slipper socks are adorable. I haven’t thought about slipper socks since I was ten, and I just realized I’ve missed them. I’m not usually a fan of pink, but these are way too cute to make even the slightest complaint about. A circular Pusheen design is stitched to the side of each sock. The furry white texture around the top is super soft and warm. Despite California winters being warmer than the average East Coast winter, my feet still tend to get very cold, and sometimes regular socks aren’t enough to do the job. When I first pulled on these snuggly socks, I thought I would never let them leave my feet again. But then… My body suddenly felt as if it had entered an invisible sauna, and I whipped those bad boys right off. But that wasn’t until after the first hour or two. These socks did an incredible job of keeping my feet warm. They feel surprisingly thick without the physical bulk. I love the grips on the soles too. The grips on slipper socks that I remember from back in the day didn’t help as much as they should have, but the grips on this pair definitely make wearing socks on a hard tile floor much less dangerous, while keeping you extra warm at the same time.
PUSHEEN BOX Sherpa Blanket

I love a good throw blanket. I have about three or four on my couch at any given time. This fun Pusheen-themed sherpa-lined blanket is not only super cozy but also absolutely adorable. I love the color scheme and the design, and I was really impressed with how fuzzy and warm the lining of this cute little blanket is. This is definitely a product I would use to snuggle up with on a movie night or during a Netflix series binge. I was very happy to see that the generous sizing of this blanket allowed me to cocoon with ease.
PUSHEEN BOX Popcorn Buckets

I love these popcorn buckets. I’m the kind of person who enjoys decorative products only if they are functional as well. These buckets definitely hit that mark. The material of these buckets is pretty lightweight; just sturdy enough to hold popcorn, as is their purpose. That said, I’ll likely use these to organize smaller items that otherwise so easily seem to go missing in my desk drawer. The cuteness level on my organizational items has just gone up, thanks to these. On the bucket, the cute design of Pusheen with popcorn and the ‘Movie Night’ heading beautifully complement the actual movie night theme of this box, both in decoration and function.

Now, here is one of those purely decorative items that I was talking about. This vinyl figure… There’s no denying that it’s adorable to look at. The construction of it feels high quality, which I definitely appreciate. The detail of the vinyl figure is impressive, from the gingerbread cookie, down to the little buttons on the remote control. But despite the cuteness of the product as a whole, what is one to do with something like this? I know there are many people out there that enjoy collecting and displaying vinyl figures, so this will easily find a home among someone who will get the most use out of it and give it the appreciation it deserves.
PUSHEEN BOX Movie Checklist Notepad

This is amazing. Younger me would have been obsessed with keeping my movie checklist updated, and I would have really enjoyed something like this. Even now, I still think this checklist is a pretty cool idea, and I love that there are various prompts to fill in. Maybe now I won’t keep forgetting which movies I had wanted to watch and instead actually get a chance to watch them before their five-year anniversary, lol. I like to think that I have a sharp mind and a great memory, but names of movies, names of songs, and especially names of people, I tend to forget. So, I will forever be a proponent of checklists, and I’m happy to have this product.
PUSHEEN BOX Plush
This Pusheen plushie is so soft and adorable. With what we’ve received in this box, it looks like we’re set to be twinning with the plush itself. Pusheen is wrapped in a blanket, holding a popcorn bucket filled to the brim. The blanket bears a strong resemblance to the sherpa throw we received in our box, as well as the popcorn buckets. I hope to be looking exactly like Pusheen this weekend while settling in for a cozy movie night. Even though I don’t have much of a knickknack collection and I try to keep it that way, this cute plush might just make the cut.
PUSHEEN BOX Glass Salt Shaker

Another decorative yet functional item that I am happy to have. This salt shaker couldn’t be any cuter. The construction of the shaker really impressed me. It’s glass and lightweight but not delicate to the point where you feel as though it could break in your hands. It actually feels pretty sturdy, more in line with the heft of a mason jar. In fact, that’s exactly what this salt shaker looks like; a mini mason jar, complete with a handle for easy distribution of seasoning. The top is a screw-on cap with little holes. But the downside to this is that there’s no option to cover the holes when the product is not in use. That can diminish the length of freshness and also be a spill hazard, especially for someone like me who’s only slightly clumsy on occasion. This product is hand wash only and not microwaveable. I’m excited to have a cute item like this to use in my kitchen.
My Verdict
This was my first-ever Pusheen Box. I always loved the cute comics featuring the gray short-haired tabby. I thought the curation of this box was wonderful. Everything was on point for the delightful movie night theme. From the cute and cozy long-sleeved shirt to the fuzzy, warm slipper socks and the adorable sherpa-lined blanket, I’m all set for a snuggle fest on the couch as I watch the new Matrix. I thought the pairing of the cute popcorn buckets and the charming little salt shaker was the perfect addition to the movie night theme. I really like the movie checklist. It’s definitely a way to make your film viewing more efficient. To top it all off, there’s the endearing Pusheen vinyl figure and the plushie, both featuring and outfitted with the contents of this month’s box. Overall, I think this is by far one of the best-themed boxes I’ve seen. Everything was fun, on theme, and on-brand. It’s sure to delight Pusheen fans and cat lovers everywhere.
